23Spend at least two hours to see the doctor my every single visit. Even it’s just going over the test result, which usually takes 10 min but have to be prepared for at least 1.5 hour wait to do that. Patients curse and yell at each other. Horrible experience. It’s just ridiculous. My appointment was at 1 I arrived on time. Waited 2 hours already and was told there’s still at least 45 minutes wait. So by the time I was seen it was 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. What is the point of scheduling appointment if it makes u wait 3 hours. Completely waste of time.
I have been going here for 10 years and happy with the services. The staff are pleasant and the providers are knowledgeable.
I have been going here for 7 years and the only downside is there are long waittimes in the waiting area. Otherwise I have been extremely happy with the professionals I see and how through and consistent the staff is.
