Better than expected. People were friendly. Bathrooms are with keys but clean. Lovely cheesy pharonic decorations. Overall alright!

Just would like to advise everyone to email them instead, they are so helpful and give the all needed information through exchanging emails. Another thing, my calls were picked up easily by a nice woman who speaks only English, she will answer all your questions. If you choose to speak to an Arab employee you will find it almost impossible. To legalize the documents by mailing them is almost guaranteed; they do finish the work and mail them back within the 5 working days as they state in the emails. I hope these tips would be a beneficial guide for you to figure out how you may deal with the embassy issue of not answering your phone calls.

Ease to get too and the people working in the consulate they very helpful and understand everything.
But you need appointment to do any thing related do anything with paperwork you had to go online to there website

Very gopd service, regarding long waiting due to COVID, but once you there, you will receive an absolute care from everyone, specially the gentlemen on front door and document guide

I went there to get authorization letter to Egypt, staff were really helpful, friendly and polite. Got it same day

Before you go there either you are Egyptian or need a visa be prepared to deal with animals no humans and do not call them because they either do not answer at all or they are busy and there is only one line to call. Any way Egyptians do not like to work.

I really was amazed by the quick service and the nice organized place, people there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Like most of the reviews they never answer their phone. However they are wonderful when you get there. They are very helpful and friendly.

Staff are nice in general.the rules are much easier than it is in Egypt.the only problem is the phone.they need to find a better way to handle the phone calles.only one of the staff was not very co-operative, but it is ok.we see him if we have to.

I am giving this a 4 star for 1 reason, they never answer their phone. I went there and they are some of the most friendly and organized I've ever seen Egyptian be. The place is clean and easy to find. The website maybe a little outdated but whatever you're trying to accomplish is fairly easy to do.

The new office is wonderful, clean, polite and very patient staff. I think it’s the costumers/people who need the be more patient and kinder with the staff. When you go to any consultants for paper work it takes time, so bring a book and be patient!

Very slow - barely if they answer the phone - if they answer, they transfer you to non present person - "The real meaning of failure".
They work from 9 till 1 or 2. Working time is at least 8 hours. Please Check timing work for Permanent Mission of the state of Kuwait for instance.

They almost never answer the phone when I call to ask them about something I have to go to ask about it there which is really bad service and they only work few hours daily which is so luxury job really they are so lucky the people who work there

I was there today to do a couple things and was very pleased that the staff was very friendly and professional and the service was perfect and there was no long wait. A big thanks to Madam Eisha for her warm welcome and nice and friendly service. I was very pleased overall with everything today thanks to the staff.

First, they take off phones from us which is the most ridiculous step. Second, they give numbers which means nothing because we have to wait on line until we get served. Third, they do a fake smile to make people fell good service but they complicate everything.
