24 The new office is wonderful, clean, polite and very patient staff.
The only problem was the rude customers that I saw there.
Very excellent service and very wonderful staff. Every single person I dealt with in the consulate was great and willing to help. If there was more than a five rating, I would have gave it. I was very satisfied. I hope this awesome service stays like this forever.
The line is always busy, not even once has the line ever been free, and I called atleast 10 times in a period of one week. Very poor service.
I called at 9: 30 am on a Wednesday and They answered the phone from the first time.the lady was very nice and gave me all the instructions and information I needed (despite of the impression I got from the reviews!).
