Costco Wholesale, Brooklyn NY

If I can give no stars for my latest experience, I would. I came to return some merchandise the other day. As I stood in the return line, I noticed that three clerks were just socializing on the side next to an empty register. As I approached my clerk, I asked why the other three did not assist customers with such a long line. I was advised to speak with the manager. As I said the same thing to the manager, I was answered that the three socializing clerks did not handle returns. How is Costco using their manpower resources effectively? A good supervisor, in my view would have re-allocated to assist the customer. No one even apologized for bad service.

And, I bought small watermelons that were rotten! Costco used to always have good quality, but I was greatly disappointed as I opened the watermelons with guests in my home.
