Crunch Fitness - Norwood, Bronx NY

I absolutely loved this gym. Its always clean, machines arr always available. Like the guests here dont hog the weights nor do they leave them about the place. Staff was kind, friendly and approachable. I had issues with payments. For four months they kept collecting from a card that was expired, i kept getting calls from ABC for payment failure. I kept calling each month to give them the new card. Each month they said they updated it. And each month we did the same stuff again. I finally said screw it cancelled my membership. How hard is it to update a card? I miss it though. Loved tge classes. I even did the personal training group class which was intense. Loved it. No parking though

This gym has a very big problem with customer service, is crowded and no type of organization. I cancelled my membership and still five months later I’m getting charged small amounts, from my acct being in there system. I’m not one to complain about places nor do I care about this place.but it seems as if they are careless to the consumers benefit and they lack the credentials as a professional gym should be aware of. I’ve called numerous times about this discrepancy and I’m still being charged monthly when I’m not even a member anymore.

Gym is great. However just take a look at the busy times because when it gets busy the gym gets very crowded. Cheap and reliable. Highly recommended.

Standard Crunch location. No need for anything beyond the basic membership unless you want classes. This is a franchise so membership here only gets you into the two Crunch gyms in the Bronx.

I moved out of state and I want to cancel my membership. I've tried calling and sending a letter to the gym and they refuse to cancel my membership. If you're joining this gym, be prepared for a lifetime commitment because canceling it isn't possible. Corporate calls this location a "franchise" and refuses to assist in cancellation.

This gym always has classes and the teachers passionate when teaching classes. Always on time and friendly with everyone.

Gym is great. Best times to go are early morning or early afternoon not too crowded. Had so necessary weight and workout machines. With plenty of space for regular workouts.
