The store manager (same lady in photos from another review to this location) is extremely nasty and rude i don’t understand how someone like her can be a manager with the lack of customer service and general courtesy that she has. I’m not the only one to complain about this manager, she needs to be discharged as a manager or be placed in a position where she does not interact with customers, AT ALL. She’s lazy and she’s very rude, only time she shows energy is when shes yelling at a customer (which I’ve seen and also been a victim of) CVS do something about it! I’m going to continue filing complaints til they do because this is the nearest 24 hr store and I will not stop going there just because this lady doesn’t like her job!

The pharmacy and the customer service is slow and lacking. I paid for a prescription delivery and the genius pharmacy customer service rep, said i had to reach out to their shipping carrier. Never had to do that with my other deliveries. They’re not knowledgeable and unprofessional. Hate this location.

Last year I went to this location after 10 yrs. I was surprised my reward card is still good.
I used to fill my prescriptions here and the other one that was near kings plaza mall.
I no longer use the pharmacy but I only shop for the basics.
That rude female manager I would avoid. I have epilepsy and I don't want NOR need illtreatmeant to trigger my granmal seizures.
Praying I never encounter that manager. Her facial expressions is hostile. Yikes

Can someone tell me why these people never pick up the phone? I read another post were someone also mentioned how they never pick up, but while you’re at the pharmacy, someone is always on the phone.this is very frustrating, definitely not coming back to this location.

The lines are long lanes are dirty and staff are rude. Why no self check out the pharmacy staff is unreliable i wish there was a zero star rating for this place

OMG AM SO IN SHOCK WITH THIS STORE MANAGER AT THE KINGSHWY
I WENT TO DROP OFF A PACKAGE IT WAS A UPS DROP OFF WHICH I CAN DROP IT OFF AT ANY GIVEN TIME BEING AS THE STORE OPEN 24 HRS. I SIMPLE ASK THE STORE MANAGE IF I CAN DROP OFF A UPS PACKAGE, SHE LITERALLY SHOUT AT ME AND SAID ITS SUNDAY AND WE DON'T ACCEPT PACKAGE AT THIS GIVEN TIME, I ASK HER WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING AT ME. SHE SAID I SHE GO CLEAN MY NOSE AND GET OUT OF HER STORE. I FEEL SO DOWN AND HUMILIATED AND FEEL REALLY BAD THE WAY SHE HANDLES ME. I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF HER AND RECORD IT AS WELL. CVS IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW PLEASE HANDLE THE SITUATION ASAP.

I've been using this pharmacy over 20 years and in the last 3 yesrs have wxperienced a steady decline in service
and continously told its due to short staff which is not very comforting when you need your medication.

I waited 15min to even see someone in the front of the store. Not only that half of the machines are broken. While I was there I was also attended to by someone who claims to be the manager but would not show me his identification. I requested it several times and he never bothered to give his identification. He only would tell me his name was Malcolm. He also took a picture of me and would not allow me to do the same

Today in the pharmacy area they did a great job with my prescription, they treated me good on time and fabulous discounts. With my card CVS.

Probably the worst store in the district. I asked for a rain check and one of the workers tried to say the company isn’t selling the item anymore and about 2 weeks later it was in stock lol. I used to work for cvs years ago so I know how these people are

Extremely long wait time for meds. Avoid it as much as I can. They are 24 hours so I sometimes don’t have a choice. The retail/convenience section is not as bad.

I had a urgent need for stamps, I tried to call the cvs several times but my calls were ignored. When I arrived the employee limited my rights of buying stamps. The employee told me that he may need them for other customers. I wonder if he was planning on selling the rest of them at 1am or just didn't understand that I needed more.

The WORST CVS.uneducated staff and stupid employees.they never answer the phone.go back to CP land.

The worst service ever don’t make no since how they be having just standing there waiting for meds

Pharmacy department really needs more help. Too long a wait. I called and was told my prescription was ready to be picked up. Only to find out when i arrive they didn't start putting my meds together yet.

In this store has some of the meanest workers they don't smile most of them they don't say have a nice day they look at you like your dirt unless you're white then they're nice to you one in particular has dreadlocks and she gives off the don't ask me for anything Vybz I've never had an argument with this person but everyone is like that it's sad you have to be white to be respected in the world.

Horrible every time you come to get your medicine there is a huge line no sense of urgency change management

Best Service, quality technicians and really professional, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know. Keep working hard!

The lines at this location are always so long but there is a mixture of some rude and some helpful techs and staff. You just have to get there at the right time!

I really like to buy stuff there.people are friendly and helpful, specially the guy who help with the photos.thanks to all of them.
