CVS, Brooklyn NY

Pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude. Service beyond slow. My pediatrician sent my sons prescription here. Worst decision ever made. Will never ever go to this location or any CVS for that matter. I wish I was allowed to give zero stars,

THIS LOCATION NEED TO FIND SOM NEW NITE STAFF LOUSY WORKER'S VERY SLOW AND YOU NEVER HAVE ALL THE PRESCRIBE MEDICATION THE DOCTOR HAD PRESCRIBE TOO YOU OR THEY FORGOT TOO GIVE IT TO YOU. LINE STAY SO LONG SLOW WITH SERVICE AND MOST ALL THE TIME EVERY BODY'S TALKIN AND @ THE CUSTOMER'S (ME) EXSPENCE. I REALLY STARTIN TO HATE THIS PHARMACY I RATE THEM (POOR-0) (SERVICE POOR-0) (HUMBLE-2) (NICE BARELY-3)

Less than one star. BEWARE! PLENTY ERRORS IN DOSAGE DIRECTIONS. ALMOST CAUSED AN OVERDOSE FOR MY CHILD. I HAVE FILED A STATE BOARD COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. PLEASE USE ANOTHER LOCATION OR PHARMACY

Don't even deserve one star, but I guess I had to leave something. The worse at customer service. There are a million people working behind the counter and yet nothing is being accomplished. Waiting for meds that was supposed to have been READY BEFORE one comes to the pharmacy, then being told to wait 10 -15 minutes which turns into 45 minutes
is just absolutely ridiculous! I would NOT recommend anyone to this pharmacy. While I like the store, the pharmacy department has a lot adjusting

Long lines and hold time on the phone for the pharmacy department are the worst, they keep you hold for a minimal of 40 minutes just to speak to a tech that gives you attitude I don't recommended this location needs training on customer service.the one star is only because I cant post without

This place does not answer there phones in a sufficient timely matter. The Physician was kept on hold for more than 25 mins. Just to clarify a script. That is ridiculous

The WORST Place ever! I hate the fact that I have to spend money here. The Manager is the worst trash that could be found. No one to help customers. They dont really acre about the local customer.

Kinda hectic but it's expected from the area. The pharmacy technician were so nice and work so hard that the only thing to do is rate the experience 5 star.
