Dairy Queen (Treat), Buffalo NY

We usually go to thos DQ, but today there was a very rude guy there. Maybe a teenager or early 20s. We went up to order and while we were ordering, he just walked away and didn't even put down my order. Once the girl came up, she apologized for him a bunch and then asked him what I ordered and he rolled his eyes and said "I don't know. " She then apologized for him 2 more times. He ruined the whole experience for me, and I just took the icecream home.

They always have a line sometimes very long but it doesn't take them much time to get you your order, incredibly huge selection slightly complex, prices are very fair ice creams are huge.

We had a great experience getting ice cream on a hot and sunny day! The staff is very friendly at this location and we love that they are open daily until 10pm in the summer. The warm brownies in their sundaes are so delicious! Big selection of choices for blizzards too. We will be back soon.

They seemed to be out of a lot of selections. Don't know if it was just bad timing or supply chain issues

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 large royal strawberry cheesecake blizzards on 06/19/2022 on DoorDash, it literally was just ice cream with a few strawberries in it, no cheesecake pieces in sight, disappointed, really was craving it. Will not order from again.

Line extremely long, orders were given incorrectly and sizes. Ordered a blizzard and was melting within 10 minutes. Very unhappy. Also people who ordered after me got their orders before I got mine.

What details can I share about Dairy Queen. Everybody has been there. You know what you are going to get. My go to is a buster bar. Ice cream fudge and peanuts. Like a Mexican Sunday on a stick. Um um. Go get you one. You will like it.

Just a Reese's Blizzard medium with two of my male grandsons. We were male-bonding, we had a great time. We'll return in the near future.

I really just wanted a sundae that consisted of chocolate ice cream, caramel sauce and peanut butter. First time they tried to hand me something with vanilla and chocolate sauce and when I told them, it was just suppose to be a sundae with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter and caramel sauce they made a second one that was chocolate ice cream with a lil caramel sauce, lil peanut butter and a lot of chocolate sauce. At that point I just took it and walked away because I didn’t want them to waste a second one to try getting my order right on a third attempt. Only reason I’m making a review is because it’s the second time in a row I’ve experienced this. It’s just so frustrating paying for something that’s not what you wanted.

Difficult to find anything negative aboute ice cream! Nice staff, quick service, generous serving. I scream for ice cream!
