I was quite nervous because I was just looking for a "little white dress, " not an expensive gown. So not only did I not know what I was doing, but I was afraid employees would look at me as more of an inconvenience.

Wow, I could not have been more wrong. Despite the very clear fact that I was not going to be spending thousands of dollars, I was assigned to stylist PAIGE who immediately gave me her undivided attention and was focused on finding exactly what I wanted - and let me tell you, I am very picky when it comes to dresses.

Paige and AMANDA practically forced me to try on a few different dresses even those I thought I would not like. They really are the experts, because they found a great dress for me and I fully trusted their opinions. I had so much fun with them through the whole process. I truly felt like a valued customer despite not spending as much money as some brides.

Thank you Paige and Amanda, you rock!

This my second time coming at the Niagara location the ladies there are so patient and very helpful

The whole thing was awful. “Brides can’t touch the dresses someone will be with you shorty to take you to try them on” I waited 30 minutes to try on 1 dress and it was way too big. Then she tried pushing the big dress on me and to get alterations done to it. I told her many times I was not comfortable in the dress and she kept pushing it on me. She wouldn’t grab me a smaller dress size just repeatedly said alterations alterations alterations. I got fed up and ended up getting dressed and walking out.never again (:

How dare you even ask you. Went to the Niagara Falls blvd. Location. How terribly awful the experience was the employee Casey left us to go help another party. She made me feel I was an inconvenience and I am a plus size women and she state she was going to look-on her iPad to she what she could and then she Never came back.after a 7 min wait I finally had to go see why.she was helping some one else. The stores manager was no help at all. Only to be foo fooled. Your store Has a bad reputation and against. I was advices not to go to your store. Now I know why.we gave it a try truly a mistake so although I've never done this before I feel social media needs to know your store truly does stink!

For folks looking for assistance with The Black Tux, be prepared to be underwhelmed. As expected, there wasn't a specific representative. The offerings are a chance to view a limited a selection of 8-10 sample suits, the option to view a look book (their website on a tablet) and measurements. The lighting was terrible, which made it challenging to see the difference between some of the colors. The measurement option is perhaps the only useful portion of the experience.

All the girls at David’s we’re so attentive, encouraging and amazing! They made me feel like a million bucks! They were all so helpful and complimentary and just had the best attitudes! The seamstress that altered my dress was a magician.she did so much work on it to make it perfect for me and it fits like a glove! I loved every second I was there!

It was a pleasant experience! 4 associates on and all 4 were friendly and kind. As a manager It’s great to walk into a business and nit only see, but feel good old fashion customer service Thank you.kudos to a job well done!

The ladies here were amazing. My consultant Mary Ann (I think) was amazing and so outgoing and fun and joked with me and had wonderful things to say. Incredible experience and would recommend anyone to go here

This is the best place. Very good customer service. They made a wonderful custom-head piece for me.

The staff was super nice and very helpful my dress came in earlier then expected. The only complaint was I needed a lot of alterations and the cost was more then I paid for the dress

The staff was courtesy and knowledgeable with a great attitude and exemplary customer service! Sarah and Kayla were amazing! We didn’t get rushed, they both listened to our critics on the options and in the end I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I can’t wait till my wedding, I never would have found my custom gown that I am IN LOVE WITH without them!
My bridesmaids dresses are set now too thanks to Kayla finding the perfect gowns for all 5 of my girls!

Amanda in alterations I cannot express how much we appreciate the time you spent with my self and my daughter making sure we walked out of there with huge smiles. You went above and beyond what I expected and from mother to mother I thank you with all my heart for making my daughters special day perfect!

Yesterday i left so sad and upset worst service in my life nice way to treat and make a bride feel special I WILL NEVER RECOMEND your store to any bride ever

Friendly staff but a little frustrated with how no alterations are included after spending that much money on a wedding dress. I spent more in alterations than the dress itself.

Frankie and everyone else who helped us today were phenomenal! We were well accommodated and never felt rushed. A great experience to pick out my bridal gown and also my bridesmaid's dresses.

I loved my bride assistant Chrissy. She was super friendly and supportive. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and she truly tried to find the closest matching ones. Even though at the end I choose a dress not from my "pictures", Chrissy help with this big decision with suck joy! Thanks Chrissy!
