David's Bridal, Tonawanda NY

I went to the Niagara Falls Boulevard location in NY and I am a 22-24 street size.
Kayla was excellent! She was very engaging and after I picked out 6 dresses to try on she picked out 2 more that i liked as well. Out of the 8 dresses i tried there was only one we disliked. My daughter also tried on dresses while we were there and she loved Kayla as well. Overall a very comfortable and fun experience!

I found my dress at David’s and worked with Maryann. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel so good through the process. She was honest, patient, funny, and very knowledgeable. I loved having the ability to walk through the dresses and pick out ones I thought were pretty and found the prices to be very reasonable. I also got my dress altered at David's and Emily and her team in alterations were a dream. They were flexible, understanding, and super nice.

Very friendly and personable service. I had something ordered in a rush and it was delivered on time. I didn't get a confirmation that it was going to happen and didn't know for sure until the day it arrived. Otherwise I'd put five stars. When picking up, however, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Would definitely shop there again.

Maryann was a great stylist! So helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about wanting me to find my perfect dress. The store had great selection all at reasonable prices. I couldn't be more excited about my dress.absolutely love it!

Chrissy was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. I would highly suggest working with her. I was a little nervous going to David’s Bridal, because I wanted the full bridal shopping experience, that I would typically get at a bridal boutique and the staff at David’s gave me just that. The manager Jamie Lynn also helped out when needed and was terrific. Great experience!

I had been to David's Bridal once and didn't find anything I liked or fit well. I went back and the salesgirl who helped me the first time came right over and oh, you're back. I must have tried on 20 dresses and the very last one was it. Sam helped us and she was so friendly and nice and helpful. I would tell anyone going there to ask for her only. The was another woman, Mary, I think and she came and gave her opinion also.both were great. Please give cudos to Sam!

Nahomy was super friendly when i came in Jamie helped me find my dress quickly and even a bracelet to help cover my tan line!

Amanda in alterations was fantastic! I had my 2 year old with me and she rolled with it. She had some great suggestions on how to alter the dress to fit me the best, was very clear about what was going to be done and when. I truly appreciated her time and can’t wait to see the finished product!

I specifically came over from Toronto to the Buffalo location this past fall and I’m glad I did. I am beyond happy with the sales representative Maryann. She went above and beyond and made my first bridal store experience a good one. She had fantastic energy! I told her my budget and she pulled very pretty dresses that were in my price range. My mom and I really enjoyed our time there. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a dress.

The manager sarah was super helpful and friendly! The dressfitter maryann made my friend look enchanting!

I love the staff and Maryann is my favorite she helped my mom and I with our weddings and she really knows how to make a girl feel special. You definitely get that one on one time when you schedule appointments with her.

Staff is nice, dresses are nice but price is expensive. Prices of bridesmaid dresses does NOT include ANY alterations.

Went there to find a formal white dress for my daughters graduation, they only had 4 to choose from and they were expensive. As far as wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, I can’t say. I wasn’t there looking for that

David’s Bridal made my experience looking for bridal gowns quick and simple! My stylist Frankie was a really big help!

They are not very forth coming about pricing. A dress found on the ale rack is suddenly not on sale when I went to go order it, not very customer service oriented.

The people doing our measurements and alterations were very professional and patient. The rest of the staff are also very professional and listen and assist you with your needs

I had an amazing experience! Staff was very attentive. Not pushy with selling gowns. They stayed well within my budget. Wonderful staff! Amanda, thanks for everything and Saylus aka Sam ;) says he loves his job. Thanks for making him part of this experience.

My experience at David’s bridal was excellent. There were many styles to choose from! And my bridal stylist Samatha was very helpful to say the least. I highly recommend her if you ever visit!
