You call, you are on hold for 30 minutes plus and sometimes even disconnected. You go in, you have to wait a long time. You have an appointment? It doesn't matter. You still have to wait over an hour. If you want to waste a day of your time, this is the place for you.

If you want to pick up your glasses on the date they tell you call before, because they won't be ready on time, as it suppose to be and they do not really care, employees very arrogants too bad

This is an amazing store. Employees are very professional. Eventhough, I had to feed the meter twice and wait a little bit, I was treated with respect and LOVE my new glasses. I would recommend this store for all your vision needs.

I called on 4/24/17 at and I spoke to someone named Claudia. I asked if the company took my insurance. I explained that I was off today and wanted to buy 2 sets of glasses. I also need an appointment and was wondering if there was any available times that day for the Dr to see me. She told me that "of course we can get you in", "don't worry". Our system is down to check if you have coverage through us but let me make a phone call for you and I will call you right back. I gave her my number, obviously and never received a phone call. How unprofessional was that! I will never use this company and will make sure I tell anyone I know who needs glasses not to use them. Its terrible that the people who are hired to run someones corporate business don't have any business working there. I made a phone call 5 hours later since I never heard back from Davis Vision. I made an appointment with Nassau Vision. They were courteous and answered any questions I had in regards to my needs. I had to post 1 star to send this review. There should be an option not to post any.
