Wnet on this year again, thought to give them a chance. They still such. Actually, their manager is so bad. I felt insulted and left. I bought the car from Mitford, CT $20 per month less. Bad place. Sales team suck

I walked into DCH Toyota City with the idea of just getting a competitive price for a 2019 Highlander XLE. George Parker took the time to work out the numbers and when all was done, the price of the vehicle was too good to pass up. I dealt with 3 employees (George Parker, Craig Sollitto, Joe Croce), each one in their own right made my purchase experience a comfortable one.

Always great service. Was told car might not be ready for 2-3 hours. Was completed in 1 hour. Shuttle service was very good, too.

If you bring any service coupons in he will try and honor them as well. Another great member of your staff is the cashier Craig Miller. From a kind word to an ever present smile, Craig makes you feel comfortable every time you see him. We have been going to DCH Toyota for over 20 years to service our vehicles. I look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

Paid a couple $100s for their DMV service and they did not manage to deliver my new license plate prior to my temp.plate running out - couldn't drive my car for a couple days. Thank you for that!

Additionally, watch out for nitrogen tires and VIN etching they'll force on your invoice - they'll try to charge $500 for it when in effect it costs them a fraction of that.

Place is clean and efficient but is also a wallet grab. Each time I come in they come up with new things I 'need' and next time the list keeps changing. It's almost like they just toss things out to see what sticks.

This dealership is amazing. I called them at 2 pm looking for a car. A white Camry Le. I gave them my lease conditions and said I was in a jam and needed it tonight. Very good buying experience with the help of Garrett and Allen. Garrett helped all the way starting from test drive, explaining all the details about the car and find the specific car to delivery. Allen was thorough and quick to explain and complete the paper work.
