28Plan on being there at least 4 hours, if not having to go there the next day. Get ready for the hard extra sell even after you have already purchased your vehicle. On the plus side, they have refresments, clean restrooms, and a comfortable waiting area including cable television which you can control. They take care of all the paperwork, and are extremely polite and attentive. Kudos to Hector, Rick, and Franklin.
Gabriel was INCREDIBLY helpful! He saved me when I came in. So sweet, helpful, and lovely to work with. He made me feel important and helped me to accomplish something that I find incredibly stressful easy as can be. A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!
I had an EXCELLENT experience at DCH. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and caring but they were also extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got a good deal. I really appreciate the time they spent with me, and after my current lease is up I will absolutely use them again.
We've always received courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable help from Gabriel Rosario and the service staff at DCH Toyota City. We wouldn't go anywhere else for Toyota service.
Had an issue with my wife's Toyota Prius tire being flat. Wanted to know if they could help me out at lunch time or right after work. Instead of answering my call or telling me they couldn't help me, they sent me to a voicemail that said they were closed. I called back 3 times, talked to someone very nice saying I'm sorry let me transfer you to someone who can help and then got transferred to the same voicemail. I don't like people who waste my time.
This is my second time going here and once again i am BEYOND satisfied. This time I had the honor to work with Marc Ellison and he was amazing! So patient/on point with everything! Over all I’ve had a great experience with everyone at DCH Toyota City! Always such a pleasure and they are super friendly!
