Your staff is very helpful and pleasant. I like my provider she is a good listener and makes me feel very comfortable.

I had Botox for migraines and had severe side effects. I couldn't swallow, had trouble breathing, pain and burning in all my muscles, severe fatigue, neurological issues, heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, anxiety. I ended up in the ER 4 times because I thought I was dying. Dent did nothing. They said it will wear off. Nothing they can do. It has not. It's been 4 mo. Again Dent did nothing. They didn't investigate, they didn't try to figure it out at all. I had to ask for tests, they were not even concerned. I had ata of side effects with no idea how to heal.

I was a happy, healthy adult before my Botox injection. Now my life is ruined by Dent. They did not tell me the side effects would last months to years. They said I would maybe get a headache, not have extreme side effects lasting months. Instead of rectifying the situation they let me go as a patient. In addition to being let go as a patient I am no longer allowed to be seen at any clinic in dent tower. How is this legal?

Rather disappointed in the billing dept. Very poorly handled billing. I understand things are difficult with the covid scare, but, I just recieved my first bill from the services I received. And I'm already 30 days behind. (Mind you, I tried to pay each time I went in but they wouldn't take my card or cash) This is ridiculous. How can I be late when you never sent me a bill and wouldn't take my money.

My entire experience with Dent has been 5 Stars. Their reputation preceeds them, but they are everything Good you have ever heard about them! I am so Blessed to live in such close proximity of their services.

I would never recommend DENT. I left my appointment ten minutes ago and am already taking the time to write this review. First time patient, they referred me to a social worker without telling me, then cancelled it, changing the appointment time. Doctor saw me for five minutes and then sent me to checkout without telling me anything. Checkout says I need three tests but provides no details as to how to schedule or get them and sends me out the door. Left more confused than I walked in. DONT GO.

Doctor's are rude & insensitive especially Dr Zhang he treats you like your making things up & insist you see a psychiatrist because it's all in your head, that's not how to treat a patient with real health problems so don't come to dent unless you want to be treated like a little child!

My Neurologist there is very knowledgeable and sensitive to my fears regarding the unknowns my illness can bring. The staff there has also been very helpful. The building in my limited experience has been pretty handicapped accessible. Wait times have been up to 45 minutes, however that has been fine because when I have needed the time for my care it's been given to me.

I prefer to get my MRIs done here, over anywhere else. The staff is always extremely kind and outgoing. Additionally they give you headset to listen to music on Pandora, while you're in the MRI machine.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Dent neurologic Institute. From the staff that greet you and, help with any paperwork you need filled out- to the doctor that I saw, Dr. B. Meyers. Professional practitioners, who really listen to your issues, and are quite competent in their respective fields.

I was told because of my meds im on there is nothing they could do for me. They took my paper work and threw it out I didn't even get to finish it. I feel abandoned. I came there for help and they did nothing for me but take my 40 dollar copay and tell me to come back when I'm off my meds. How abandoning is that?

Not happy with Dent at all. Psychiatrists look at their computers more than talking with the patients. Its also a long wait to see them. They prescribe meds that dont help so Ill be going elsewhere.

Met with Dr. Saikali a few months ago and he was a very kind, caring and smart doctor. Was put on with NP Cheryl Lyon from his team for the follow-up. Rudest, most obnoxious and self-obsessed lady I have ever encountered in this field. She doesn't deserve to be handling patients on a daily basis. I almost decided not to go to Dent anymore because of her, but then decided to try another NP from Dr. Saikali's team itself. Met with NP Chris Zulawski, who was extremely kind, very understanding and seemed to have good skills handling patients' problems.

I do my homework when it comes to anything. This neurologic institute is by far one of the great contributions, to bettering health in the Buffalo Niagara region. From the minute you step into the waiting area, the attendants help you step by step, so that you experience a seamless process.

Many people who come to Dent Institute are in dire need, of competent and Compassionate Care. I found the people who guided me through paperwork, and the medical professionals, along with the doctors who treated me to be some of the top notch in the area.

I am not someone to write a review just to write a review. It is very difficult to find some of the services, (locally under one roof- and some not found elsewhere altogether) covered by the Dent Neurologic group- as I was saying- the young women who helped me because my hands are about 60 to 70% bilaterally numb, fill out paperwork seamlessly. I was very impressed with the compassion and I took their names- but, my ADD got in the way- they were genuinely caring, and my wait to see my neurologist was a short one.

I would advise anyone, that is going to come to this institute to ask for any paperwork, that you might be able to fill out, sent to you in the mail.

But, if you do have difficulty, as I do you will have no problem with any help! I found this facility to be exceptionally clean, they have a chilled bottled water machine, compliments of the Dent Institute.

There is ample parking for free, and restrooms are easily located on any given floor, and as you enter the building there is a wheelchair ramp as well as stairs before you reach the main elevators.

There are two snack machines located in the central Lobby, with typical drinks from water to carbonated beverages along with coffee, and hot cocoa.

I do know that in the summertime there are food trucks that are outside during the lunch hour which provide a varying amount of high quality local fare. Take my word for it when I say that you might wish to bring something along with you to eat if you are accompanying someone or, if you are able to eat Avail yourself of these food trucks during the lunch hour as the line gets long very quickly!

My position that I consulted with is a neurologist named Dr. Bennett Myers, quite confident and Timely. He did not hesitate to allow me to explain my situation, and to give me his assessment along with his medical assistants, so that I would have a very productive visit. His follow-up was also noteworthy, I would recommend this institute to anyone who has neurological disorders.

Very disappointed on how hard it is to talk to a LIVE person to have perscriptions fax to my son's college. Kept being connected to a recording. Was not able to talk with anyone.

An absolutely terrible, disrespectful place with arrogant and rude people. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment to figure what is wrong with my spine. I show up with all of my paperwork and everything that I was asked to bring. They proceeded to take everything that I filled out and had me wait for 5 minutes until I get called to the back desk and they tell me that Dr. Pollina refuses to see me because I was late (by 3 minutes). Mind you I was just in the hospital the day before because of a serious condition and have the flu coming into the appointment. They kept all of my paperwork, had me wait there, just to tell me that the doctor couldn't see me. If they have doctors that arrogant who can't see you after being 3 minutes late when I have waited for them for 3 weeks then they shouldn't be a business. I wouldn't trust these people with a serious injury or anything for that matter and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

These guys are about trying to find out where the problem lies, not just treating symptoms blindly.

Very disappointed. Seemed good at first then things changed. The level of professionalism has been terrible recently. I had to cancel a couple of appointments (which I know is frustrating to the practice) and when I called to reschedule was told that they could no longer keep me as a patient. How does a medical institution discharge you as a patient when they have diagnosed you with a potentially lifelong illness? It doesn't make sense to me. Wish things could've been different.
