DENT Neurologic Institute reviews
25I have seen 3 or 4 doctors at Dent. I have never had a single problem with staff, long waits, getting scripts or poor bedside manner. Not all doctors are warm and fuzzy but that doesn't mean they aren't good at their job!
Staff is very nice, also very clean inside. I have gone maybe 6 times and each time I had over a 2 hour wait no matter what time my appointment was. You see staff just eating and talking as you walk through. Way too long of waits.
Eight years of medical school to tell a patient the pain they feel must be in thier head because it's not obvious to her. "Dr. HER" I'll call her, is a cold hearted lazy pathetic excuse of a Dr. If you're scared, in pain, confused, and embarrassed then this place will make you you feel even worse. I'm ashamed this doctor practices in the same city I live in. I'm ashame for her because she obviously doesn't have a soul herself to feel empathy.
Dr.always addressed my problems and concerns professionally. They also took time to explain things. Always felt less fearful and more understood.
The providers are good, but they seem to rely on medication more than alternative treatments. Dr.calls are not returned quickly. The secretaries need to be more discreet when asking for your name & personal information. ALSO; It would be advantageous if they had an office that was quiet with dim lighting where patients with migraines could feel comfortable. Where the staff would be more accommodating and sensitive to patients who come in with this condition. " a quiet zone".
