DiBella's Subs, Rochester NY

Just discovered this place the other day. Back again today. Love their antipasto salad. Fresh, quality, greens, veggies and Italian meats. Prompt friendly service. Nice clean restaurant.

Get rid of curbside if you aren't going to use it.
We called, it's not very busy and it's not the first time this has happened. Waited in the parking lot 20+ minutes past when it was meant to be ready.

The sub sandwiched here are way better than subway and the service is top tier. I would recommend you come and try this place out.

I ordered online and the only thing they got right about my order was the meat, although my correct order was printed on the receipt. Wrong veggies and wrong condiments. Not great for a $15 sub.

I usually love DiBella’s, but it’s too much of a hassle to have to open up my sub in the store to check for accuracy or drive back and wait for my order to be fulfilled again.

Do not order online or through doordash. They’ve sent the completely wrong subs 4/5 times. If you order through them online your only option for a refund is to do a chargeback as their customer service is non existent. Everything is right on the receipt but maybe someone there has difficulty reading?

Literally the best sub I've ever had, I got the Dagwood on their everything bread. I am sad that this is only a local to Rochester restaurant. Everything about this sub was top notch!

Probably best subs around Rochester, I recommend the grilled ones over cold subs! They are bit pricy, but it’s worth the price!

Get a number? No one was there. But ok. Picked up a water and chips and never offered a bag. Girl was very loud and condescending. She acted like i was bothering her for a bag. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Real good subs! Friendly staff! Alot of food for the money! We had the Godfather & the Philly chicken combo meals. Mmmmmm. A section of in-store dining was open to eat-in. That was nice. If we lived Rochester, we'd be back. Thanks, guys!

I used to love getting dibellas subs.they have not figured out how to offer a smooth experience since covid guidelines are in place. All around incompetence. Sad to see. Spend your money elsewhere.

The food is amazing. But the manager was a real unfriendly guy. If your the manager and your having a bad day leave the attitude at home.everyone has them, but being in the service industry you should smile even when upset.

I'm here in the location now and the staff is impersonal and the one person that took my order was rude to where it could have been an argument. However, I won't visit this location again.

As my first time at any DiBella's, I'm pleased with the food. However, the staff at this location are rude and pushy. They were inpatient with me even though I was the only one in line. Additionally, the woman making my sub made it incorrectly. Good thing I'm not allergic to olives- they were all over my sub when they shouldn't have been. Won't return to this location again.

Jimmy John's, no. Subway, no. Wegmans, no. DiBella's knows how to master the art of not only making a sub, but making sure the customer stays to eat it. The best sub and the best looking shop there is.

Greg loved his sub, filled with lunchmeats. I got a grilled chicken sub but it was lacking in chicken.

Service was quick and efficient, food was Excellent! No wi-fi at this location, some other DiBella's do offer wifi.

In and out freindly staff. Only dont like tgat the menue items are a little different than the one down the way a bit.

Come here all the time for lunch, never had an issue till today. Sub was great and i still ate it but maybe if there wasnt so much conversation Marquis would have got my order right. I get the same thing every time but this time he gave me ham instead of capicola. Like i said i ate it anyway, but i would like to get what i pay for.

They're a little slow but the food is good. Also it's usually freezing inside, so wear a sweater.

Another great Dibella's location, the staff is friendly, and the subs are amazing. This place is across from Costco. Stop by and grab a sub, chips, drink, and enjoy yourself.
