DiBella's Subs, Rochester NY

They make good subs with decent quality bread and ingredients at a reasonable price. This specific location doesn't see a ton of business, it seems, but the fellas working there were in a good mood when they made my sub.

I would recommend all of their subs, EXCEPT the buffalo chicken sub. Not a fan of that one. The tenders are not coated in buffalo sauce! C'mon.

Always fresh & tasty. I used to visit the original DiBella's across from Southtown Plaza in the 80's. It was more of a mom & pop grocery store.but those meatball subs were amazing then, too!

Subs made to order. Prep time quick but check out was very slow. Busy at lunch and dinner. No frills atmosphere.

You can expect a 5 to 15 minute wait depending on when you go but the food is good and the sweet tea is great

Good subs, incredible cookies, good prices. Way better than a subway. If you want specialty sandwiches and tons of options go to Hoagies deli but otherwise dibellas is a great chain.

It's been awhile since my last visit. But the subs are great. I forget how good they were it's been so long. I'll make sure next time we're up from Tampa we stop at DiBellas.

Best subs I have EVER had! Everything is fresh.from bread.down to the veggies. Great staff. Excellent selections!

A slightly more limited menu than the Jefferson Road location, but what they do make is excellent each time.

Food is good like any other DiBella's, it's just this establishment is like a mini version of other ones I've been to. Not much room to step side ways to allow someone to pass by you. Be sure to look out for the trim rails on the top of the benches, they over hang a bit much on the ends and can hurt someone if not paying much mind. But the food is still a DiBella's.

These people make good subs. I'm not sure if they are from Italy but they make good sandwiches so who cares.

Terrible customer service. I called three times for an order for pick up and they hung up on me. The bread was hard. The tuna was dry and they were all standing there when I walked in so not sure why I was being hung up on when no one looked like they were even working. I also did not get my side of oil that I asked for. But my pickle was good.

Dibella's is by far my favorite sandwich place in Rochester. The bread on their sandwiches is amazingly flavorful and the texture is perfect.

Staff was rude and the sandwich was so heavily oiled it soaked through the wrapper and oiled everything else in the bag. Disgusting and inedible. Never going back to this establishment.

I usually go to the one on Jefferson Road and that's where I was heading to when I noticed this one and decided to stop by. Service was great, the problem was my cheesesteak sandwich was soggy like they threw a bucket of water on it. I couldn't take it back as I was heading far. Good thing there were vending machines at my destination!

A Rochester staple with several locations. Wonderful homemade breads and fresh ingredients make this a go-to spot for a quick sub-sandwich for lunch or dinner.
