George is not helpful. Do not buy anything here, they'll be nice only until your card is approved.
Very rude and refuse to show any RECORD OF MY PURCHASE from only 3yesrs ago. According to George they are so unprofessional they do not keep records of trades or sales. Such a joke George you shouldn't be working as an agent with that attitude you have and with how disrespectful you are have you not heard of the customer is always right? Well this time I am right because you left my personal information in a car and now I'm being harassed.

My husband and I purchased a bus from Don Brown's and it was a GREAT experience! We worked with Dawn and she was very knowledgeable about the buses they had available. We looked at a couple of them before we made a decision on one. It's in beautiful condition and there were a couple of things they knew they had to fix on it before we took ownership. They called us when the work was done. Dawn got the title put in our name and the whole process was seamless. Any question we had she was able to answer or get us the answer as quickly as possible. She was great to deal with. She stayed in contact with us to make sure we were all set. Though there were a couple of glitches, Dawn was quick to have them corrected. I have a dream of a sweet little mobile shop for my retail business. I needed a short type C school bus to make it happen. I looked for one for over a year. Don Brown’s had it right on the lot. Dawn (and the whole staff) went beyond the expected to help it become mine despite some crazy unexpected difficulties that popped up. When I picked it up it was inspected and road-ready (except for needing a color change). I’m very happy that I found them.

I have found them to have good prices and shipping is always in a timely manner. I never had to deal with the customer service so I can't rate that. I will definitely be putting them down as my main supplier for Braun lift parts.

Working with Stephanie was amazing. She was responsive, knowledgeable & professional. I drive from West Virginia to New York to purchase my bus. Stephanie picked me up from Enterprise and drove me to the yard where my new bis was waiting, clean & better than I had imagined.
I had preservation about buying a bus "above the salt line". To my surprise it was pretty perfect.
