I had a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearlman and he and his staff were absolutely great! Being an African American male I was hesitant, but Dr. Pearlman is an expert in his field. I'm 6 months post-op and very pleased with my results and excited about my continued progress over the next year. Stefani, Christine, and the front office staff are rock stars! I highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough kind things about Heather Rypien. To start- Heather is a master of her craft. As a provider I have trained with several individuals and training with Heather was the best experience thus far. She is a national trainer for Allergan and Galderma and understands exactly which products to use to address specific concerns. Her understanding of anatomy and knowledge of different techniques is unparalleled.

Not only does Heather do the best set of lips in NYC but she is also great with every aspect of minimally invasive facial rejuvenation.

Heather is kind, genuine and honest. She is completely transparent and truly cares about her patients. I would commute any distance to train with Heather as well as see her as a patient. Run, dont walk to see Heather!

Dr. Pearlman and his staff are nothing short of wonderful. I visited the practice after years of waiting to finally do a rhinoplasty. My consultation with Dr. Pearlman exceeding my expectations. From his attention to natural results, to all the in-depth imaging, I was SO confident in moving forward with surgery.

Pre-op was a breeze. Stephanie, the surgical coordinator, and Christine Ross, the RN, made the process very easy and less stressful. Post-op was also a breeze, as the staff gives you detailed instructions of what to do and what NOT to do for the smoothest recovery. When my cast was removed 1 week post-op, I couldn't believe how beautiful and natural my results were! I cried tears of joy the whole ride home. I am now 5 months post-op and am so happy I chose Dr. Pearlman and his staff!

Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend them! I referred friends and family and they have already moved forward with booking rhinoplasties!

This review is for Heather. I wanted a natural fuller look for my lips. When I smile my upper lip tucks under. Over the summer I had a lip flip with a plastic surgeon. I was over injected so had an uneven smile. After this issue I was very wary about anything else going into my face. I was encouraged to see Heather by a friend. After 6 months of carefully assessing her online social media I was sold.

I discussed my injection history with Heather. She made me feel so comfortable. She decided that Restylane Kiss would give me the look I am going for and help my upper lift stay in the picture when I smile.

Heather is a professional. She knows what she is talking t about. Love my new lips! Will not go to another injector.

I've been to Dr. Steven Pearlman's several times a year for the past few years. All I can say is, what a wonderful experience it is every time I walk in the door until the moment I leave. All of the ladies (especially Donna) at the reception desk are extremely warm and welcoming. The nurse, Christine, is extremely gentle and endearing when it comes to the procedures I've had done. And lastly, Dr. Pearlman - a man amongst boys when it comes to the elective surgery world. If I could give this fine establishment 100 stars - I would. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pearlman and his staff are professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I've always been a bit self-conscious of my nose, and was curious to explore options regarding a nose job. Obviously after doing careful research, it was clear that Dr. Pearlman was the best of the best, and my consultation confirmed just that. He was thorough, patient with my questions, and when it was time to meet with the Patient Care Coordinator, Stefanie, she was was extremely thorough with the surgery process, from pre-op to post-op. I also appreciated that she was not being pushy to book the surgery, or making me feel pressured in any way (same goes for Pearlman!).

I visited Dr Pearlman’s office on 3 different occasions. As a 40 year old man, going to have cosmetic work done, certainly gave me some trepidation. But from the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Pearlman and his staff couldn’t have been nicer, as I was treated with total respect and care. From the professionalism of Dr. Pearlman, to the affable nurse Christine, to the welcoming women at the front desk, I was made to feel totally at ease and valued. So many doctor’s offices feel like a money-grab where you are being taken advantage of. My visit to Dr. Pearlman’s office could not have been more opposite from that. My experience there was simply top notch. Thank you for a wonderful 3 visits. I recommend coming here with a double thumbs up, full 4 stars!

Stay far away from this office. The doctor is a total nut! You've been warned! If you just want botox you can chance it but anything more I would advise to go elswhere. After surgery they basically kick you out as fast as possible and do not offer any help during recovery. The response is everything is fine, always. If you need surgery go elsewhere even out of NYC. Do not go to this office.

The office was beautiful and made me feel like I walked into the right place. A front desk receptionist seemed lovely and addressed me by my name - a great personal touch. My experience continued to be great when I met the nurses Christine and Megan who put my nerves at ease and walked me through what I was about to experience. Dr. Pearlman was poised and had a great bedside manner. I am so thrilled with my results that I have sent all my friends and family to this office. I wanted to like this doctor because, well you know, he is a bit famous, but he truly disappointing me and I will never go back. I went to the office from start asking for 1ml, as I had learned from previous experience that. 5ml wont show any results, but instead was given. 5ml. The reason I know because on my second visit the nurse confirms "so last time you had. 5ml, (I was charged for 1ml) are we doing the same this time? " Shocked I say, "no, we did 1ml last time and I am back, 6 months later, for 1ml again. " She agrees and leaves the office. Doctor Pearlman comes in and he says the same thing. Isn't that interesting, I thought. This place is not cheap to begin with and having to find out that you have been overcharged, cheated on, and lied to is ridiculous. Good work or not this Doctor is a thief.

Botched Revision Rhino. DM me for pics. All the bad reviews are true. Avoid at all costs! He will not admit he's not skilled enough to take you on and instead charge you $25,000.

I recently had Botox and Filler with Dr. Sina. Wonderful job, couldn't be happier. My results are just as I was hoping for and the experience made it even that much better. From the front desk, assistants, and Dr. Sina; everyone made my experience comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Dr Pearlman is an amazing surgeon! I am very grateful for his amazing work. My results are better than expected. His staff is outstanding as well. Besides being skillfull surgeon Dr Pearlman has great bedside manner. I highly recommend this surgeon!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Sina is a talented doctor who has given me my dream nose! He very attentive and understanding. The staff was helpful with all my requests and the patient coordinator was great as well =). The nurses were a pleasure to be around during my surgery.

Heather did Juvederm Volume in my cheeks. I was so nervous to do it again after a bad experience, but when I met her she made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with the result and am extremely pleased with my experience with Heather. She is a lovely person. She is THE BEST! Definitely, I'm looking forward to my next procedure with Heather to do Juvederm Ultra XC in my lips. Heather did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone for facial fillers.

Dr. Pearlman is fabulous! I had a rhinoplasty in January and 2 months later I am almost fully healed! I barely had any bruising or discomfort post surgery because Dr. Pearlman really knows his stuff! He listens to what you want and adds his expert touch. His staff is super nice and helpful to work with. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Pearlman's for any other procedures I may do. Let’s just start by saying, he is so talented and on point. Dr. Sina and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and an enjoyable experience.
