I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery and received a Halo treatment from Donna Fay, the Beauty Expert. I have worked in the medical aesthetics market for 15 years and it is a challenge to find someone competent, experienced and capable. Donna exhibits all of these qualities and more. She managed my expectations, explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and truly made me feel cared for. Post treatment, Donna was accessible via phone, text and email, most providers are not. She truly went above and beyond. I am so pleased with my results and can 100% recommend Donna as an expert in her field. When it comes to skin or any beauty need, she really is the best!

What an excellent experience from start to finish. I have never had a cosmetic procedure before, so naturally I was apprehensive. This office quickly put my fears to rest. The receptionists were courteous and sweet, the waiting area was relaxing, and the doctors themselves are top notch. I am extremely pleased with my results and will be going back soon for more treatments.

Recently came to Dr. Pearlman’s office to receive Botox. First off the office is easily located on Park ave. The office staff were very friendly and I didn’t wait long to be called in. Dr Pearlman’s associate Dr Sina Mehdi and his assistant Vanessa took care of me. I was nervous because this was my first time. They both were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Mehdi is very skilled in this field. He knows exactly what he is doing and where I needed it (forehead and Crowes feet). After 2 weeks I’ve seen major results. It looks very natural and I have no more wrinkles. My friends have been telling me I look ten years younger. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Sina began with an exceptionally informative consultation followed by Botox treatment that was completely painless and provides the exact results I was looking for.

I went to Dr. Steven Pearlman after I broke my nose playing tennis. My nose was broken and the cartilage had been crushed (my words). Dr. Pearlman had is work cut out for him. He had to rebuild some of the cartilage. The day of the surgery went very smoothly. The recovery was much easier than I had expected. My nose looks perfect now. I had my one year appointment and saw the before and after photos. I love everything about my nose. Dr. Pearlman did a fantastic job.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. PearIman. I received botox and lip fillers, both were done by Dr.himself. I looked like an alien afterwards for about a year, my whole face and eyes were swollen, lips looked very unnatural, with lumps and bumps.
I had since then done botox and lip fillers with another doctor, with very natural, amazing results.
Stay away from Pearlman, as he doesn't know what he's doing.

Dr Pearlman, his surgical nurse Christine, and his anesthesiologist Dr Morena are wonderful. I had a rhinoplasty septoplasty and deep plane face lift 10 weeks ago today and I am thrilled with the results. Dr Pearlman is meticulous and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was given detailed pre and post op instructions and when I had a few questions about the healing process during the first few weeks post-op, Christine responded immediately with the answers to my questions. My biggest concern wasn't the surgery because I was confident in my choice of Dr Pearlman to perform the surgeries but rather being under anesthesia for 6 hours. Dr Morena called me, explained the process and assured me of the safety of anesthesia. I am very pleased with the outcome. I can breathe so much better, my nose is straight and my neck and face look lifted!

Dr. Pearlman is the best! I came in for a revision rhinoplasty after I had two botched surgeries. I couldn't believe the before and after just after 6 months, what a difference! Can't wait to see how it is at the 1 year mark. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman as a plastic surgeon.

Trash, I will always respect the opinion of a dedicated surgeon but what a waste of time this was! Plastic surgery, facial fillers ect.are supposed to alter the look of a person or realistically change/improve what that person dislikes about them selves. When pointing out my insecurities on my under eye bags and my facial asymmetry which is noticeable to not only me, but others I was told to work on my 'self esteem'. I thought the consolation was completely un-professional and I am so sad I wasted my time and effort into researching this doctor.

Honestly this doctor is the best there is. I am a woman of color and had a rhinoplasty revision a few years ago. He understood my desire to have a natural looking nose and exceeded my expectations.

Ive been to Dr. Pearlman 2 times within the last year, and I have nothing but great things to say! He addressed my needs and really went into detail with what to expect. I also loved how he took really good photos from before I started getting treatments done to now, so that I could see the changes to my face. I got lip fillers done by Heather to correct asymmetry I got from another place and she did an amazing job, fast and painless comparing to what I went through at another place. I will def come back I can't get enough of my lips.

The Pearlman office is right off of Park Ave so be sure to take public transportation or be prepared to pay for the parking! Other than that, this office is in a gorgeous building is very clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. My schedule is always hectic and they're also pretty accommodating. I've had work done by Dr. Pearlman and other members of his team and can genuinely encourage you to be comfy going with whomever may be available. Try the hydrofacials! My face felt and looked amazing afterwords! I went barefaced for the following weeks felt great about it!

Dr. Sina Review: Dr. Sina was amazing! I went in for botox & fillers and he was very informative about his strategy and explaining his technique. It was my first time with him and he has excellent bedside manner. Something kind of important when going to see a doctor about putting needles in your face. I was very pleased with my results and the overall experience and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

The staff at Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery were amazing from start to finish. As a middle-aged man and I have been noticing that my age is catching up with me and I wanted to know what my options would be. I met with Donna Fay and the nurse Heather Rypien, who made me feel very comfortable during my consultation for fillers and a thread lift. They were both very knowledgeable and embracing. Hydrafacial was amazing! Staff was super attentive. My nurse also made sure to thoroughly explain the process as well as the products she used on me!

I had a halo laser treatment performed and could not be happier with the results. I was nervous to have the procedure done because I was getting married a few months later but Donna talked me through the entire process and could not have been more helpful in making me feel comfortable. I liked the results so much I bought 2 more treatments!
