Always dirty! Can they get someone there to clean the place up on the inside and the outside no other Dunkin Donuts look like this outside of this area!

Dirty, Smells, Staff are rude
Everytime I come here I'm greeted by the same lady and she doesnt wear gloves. She's also very rude. The place stinks as well. The bathroom is NEVER open. Please don't come here.

Most disgusting customer service. So slow. Not clean. Bathrooms never work for customers. Needs new management asap.

While the location isn’t ideal in the heart of Getty Square, I love the staff and service here. The morning, afternoon AND evening staff always know what I want and how I like it and are quick to greet me, always providing friendly and excellent customer service.

Had excellent coffee at another of the stores in this Chain - so this was the place to chose along Dunkin'. Excellent location on this busy, bustling and lively place. Loved it.

Poor service, never know how to make any drink I order right, poor customer service, always have drug dealers around establishment, no seating area or restroom. They never have specials

This place is a hang out for the homeless, as well as a lot of other things going on around there that can distract you from going in

Nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to in my life. The staff is filthy, the store filthy. I asked for a Carmel latte and was given caramel milk drink. I asked to add coffee to my drink and the lady Rahib charged 1.62 to extra! She grabbed the lid to my cup with her dirty hands and wiped the lid on her dirty shirt! No gloves used when handling the cash and preparing orders. Disgusting!

This needs to be shut down.
This store location does not know how to make ANY drinks correctly. It’s dirty inside. People selling drugs in and in front of the store. Very uncomfortable place to be.

The city needs to help the business not be overrun by homeless. They manage it well but guests are constantly solicited

I had a very bad experience here with the Indian woman behind the counter. I made my order and she got the order all wrong. That wasnt the problem. The woman became agitated because SHE got the order wrong and even ARGUED with me! How professional of her. Should have left the diner there instead of that Dunkin Donuts. Waste of space.

I was in and out.coffee was like any coffee I can buy anywhere else. 3 stars! The staff was doing there job the best they can. It was very busy when I stopped by for a cup of coffee. It is somewhat unkept in this store. There is people, not bums. Obviously, spending more time in here then they normally should.

The WORST Dunkin Donuts I Have EVER been at, Especially the short old Indian Guy he is The SLOWEST Ever.

Staff is a little lost when it comes to customer service. And its a hot spot for the vagrants the loiter on the square (Getty square).

The coffee is always fresh and also my Donuts this is why I love going to Dunkin Donuts I got to have my coffee and I like the way they make it.

No seats in this place. Thats the only reason for the 3 star rating. Other than that, the service is good.
