27Do not think of using the unisex bathroom there. The soap dispenser is empty on purpose. Apparently the homeless bathe themselves there. The odor emanating from within is atrocious. The morning staff is friendlier and more helpful.
Great staff.i see some negative comments about staff. Wrong. They do a great job considering that not only do they deal with customers, they also deal with the fact that some shady people hang out there making a ton of noise without buying anything. This DD is not in the best neighborhood. Thats y i gave 4 stars and not 5, bc of the idiots that would rather hang in DD than get a job. But staff is great. Service is great. My latte is always perfect.
Cashier didn't ask for milk, creamer or sugar in my iced coffee like other locations would typically do
It was horrible I was waiting 10 mins for coffee and the lady just stood there taking forever to make it and I missed my bus
Clearly the sign says 11pm it closes both on the door and online. However o went there at 9: 48pm and it was totally closed down. Be honest about your hours!
Customer service is the worst.that old lady she has no manners. And it smells in there because of all the people hanging out. I stop buying there
It's just as ordinary as the chain of other stores. They didn't have what we want here. I wanted a ice green tea lemonade and they didn't offer it on there menu.
