Dunkin' Donuts, New York NY

I give 3 stars because the service is not too good sometimes when I go to buy the women are in the phone and they don't pay attention to what are you saying and then they make wrong you order!

Food is mediocre, I think their reputation proceeds them due to the foundation they've established. I've worked for this corporate front and have noticed that they've cut cost to accommodate for quality over quantity.

This used to be my usual spot before work but the employees are not wearing their masks properly! The lady that prepared my coffee was wearing it under her chin. Our support to business during these time is a vote of confidence that they are taking care of themselves and their clients. This is unacceptable

The coffee always seem to be watered down. Latte and espresso is more likely a better option and to top of your morning go for the hash browns

Its the best coffee ever i about like forget another brand caramal coffee and the best location i was try some location its too sweet and some location it to light but here OMG so so amazing

Rude. Bad customer service. No correction by management when staff is wrong. 2nd time now. Not going back i would rather walk to get better service. Wow!

The worst Dunkin I've been to. They always mess up on order charge u n u don't have the rite order. Please change staff n understand what ppl r ordering.

Coffee was cold to light they refuse to make fresh coffee just a hot not pleasing the people mess

They can't get a simple decaf order correct even after trying 3 times to make it. It's the main problem I have with them. Opted to making my own coffee at the office

They take forever to deal with one customer.seriously why does it take two people to serve one customer that wants an ice cream cone. Especially if there's a line. Either you're understaffed or your customer service sucks.

This place is not run well staff has attitude with customers every morning they never on Time to serve customers when they do start serving customers they tell you only coffe and donuts no sandwiches it’s happened to me several occasions here to the public don’t bother coming here waste of time

It was cozy but for it not being a fancy place, the beers are too expensive. I've been in better places and cheaper.

Very small but then again I wasn't trying to sit down to eat a donut. It's just that it's so small, people ordering or that have ordered are a cramped together, no one knows who ordered what, or who order already and hasn't ordered. Need a bit more structure. Donuts were good though and all drinks are fresh, since they are made when you order them

I find that staff don't always offer great service, but for a fast food establishment I don't expect great.

Love the ice cream great coffee and hot chocolate with a wide assortment of donut flavors.love the service and employees are always ready to take your order. Great place for any weather its hot or cold

The manager Muhammad was very rude. I was the next customer in line, he said may oihelp you then he saw his friend who was behind me and began to have a lengthy conversation with him and it was like he forgot I was standing there. When I said I'm ready to order he didn't acknowledge me and continued the conversation with his friend, I left the store. That was extremely rude and unprofessional of him.

The staff let me get food and a drink and then as soon as they handed it to me they told me they're closing and I can't eat it there even though it would've taken 2 whole minutes. I have a broken arm and I would not have gotten food there if they warned me ahead of ordering. I cant physically carry with me what i ordered and they didn't seem to care at all. Ridiculous

Decent, relatively well run Dunkin Donuts. For a Dunkin Donuts, it's solid. Don't expect great coffee or sandwiches and it will meet your expectations.

This location told me there wasn't any milk in their smoothies. Half way done with my smoothie, come to find out they're made with yogurt which obviously contains milk. This is the sort of thing you train your employees. And guess what: THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND.

It's a nice place to stop by for a coup of coffee. They have, outdoor seating and theres, a bask in Robbins there to get icecream
