Dunkin' Donuts, New York NY

$1.20 for a low grade donut? Guess donuts are finally off my menu. Coffee in DD has been overpriced for years. Wonder if DD will notice a slip in patronage, or is everyone running around with a hole in their pocket?

The place is always clean but the customer service could use some improvement. The staff aren't engaging and work too slowly.

Worst dunkin donuts, the people there try and scam you and add a dollar on all meals. When I confronted her about the price she tried to lie to me and it seemed the computer was set to rip people off from the owners. Walked out and am calling dunkin headquarters. I should not have to worry about bein ripped off i. A chain restaurant.

Clean, bright atmosphere. Service is decent. Has seating and is less prone to crowding than the DD on 2nd & 97th.

The staff is awful, and very rude. The only reason I gave this place three stars instead of one is because even though they're rude, they do know how to make a good iced coffee.

I told them no cheese on sandwich they keep putting cheese and then when they took off the cheese that was still some cheese

It has a nice view. There is outdoor seating. Late summer evenings or nights, I like to walk here and sit outdoor and have an ice cream.

It was embarrassing experience being laughing in my face in a foreign language
And even the coffee that I ordered was a whole different story I order a caramel macchiato no caramel and I guess no macchiato thank you for nothing $6 went to waste

Friendly service but buyer beware. Check your order before you leave as the bagel with cream cheese I order had barely any cream cheese.

The service was bad the cashier constantly interrupted me while i was trying to order then got my oder wrong at the end i wanted a big and toasty with sausage and got bacon the bread was hard not buttery at night the women who work are nice but the service during the day is really really bad
