Terrible customer service. On a busy Saturday why are 2 of the 3 opticians out to lunch at the same time?

Very unprofessional staff at this location, one woman in particular I have heard talking very disrespectfully about other staff members around customers. Would not recommend this location, very poorly run which is too bad because the doctor is great.

All of the staff were completly wonderful and so professional! Glinda, Sharron, and Dr. Cahill were particularly amazing.
