They do a good and job and the staff are very informative. Just wish things weren’t so expensive.

While they do nails really good customer service is poor. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m gonna have to wait over an hour to be seen. My appointment is set for 12: 30pm mind you I have somewhere to be for 2pm, their 11: am appointment decided to show up during my appointment time and of course they were seen before me and now I have to miss my appointment. Get it together seriously, if I’m making an appointment I expect To not have to wait an hour or don’t accept appointments.
That’s it.

I am very disappointed at one of the receptionist. I had an appointment and left on time, however my Uber got stuck behind a garbage truck and I called in to let the receptionist know im running 10 minutes late. She did not want to accommodate and I had to get off my Uber loosing my appointment and money that I had to spend on my Uber. I am a client for a while, bought many packages and always gave good reviews, today im giving a bad review for the poor service I have received!

Ive always been a shaver and went in for my first wax, I have ingrown hairs everywhere now, and several spots were missed. I don’t think I’ll ever try waxing again I’m in pain

I ONLY give this place a 5 star rating because on Lena (or Lina). She provides the absolute best service for Brazilian of any other technical I have encountered at EWC locations. I believe she recently transferred to the bay ridge location so I will happily make the drive. You'll thank me!

The service was amazing from the front desk to the wax specialist. I received a Brazilian and it was done in no time! I will be returning ️

Everytime I have an appointment everyone is very professional. I recommend that you find the waxer that you most feel comfortable with

My experience at this location was the worst, starting with the receptionist lack of communication & ineffectiveness, to the discrimination on your own kind. You would think people would have more compassion with everything going on in the world. My specialist Ashley was new, unfortunately It appears due to the pandemic a lot of people quit or were let go & although she was super sweet & made my experience bearable, I won’t be coming back here.

I’m a European wax client for the past 6 years and this is my second time going to this location. Let me just say I won’t be back. This is the closest one to me, but I’ll travel for proper wax. I had wax left off all my body. When I got home I needed assistance with Taking the wax off.

Had the worst experience here today! This is my go to spot, I always go here for my eyebrows. Today I scheduled an appointment but my go to waxer was off, so I thought I’d risk going with someone new since I’ve done this before and nothing bad has happened. Anyways, I get this girl called Christine or Christina, something like that. Not only was she moody just making small talk cause she probably needs to, but she took HALF of my eyebrow off! I look ridiculous, and my eyebrow takes FOREVER to grow. She took half of one, and left one bigger then the other. Made the BIGGEST MESS on something I take so much care of. I am very picky with who does my brows because I know how long they take to grow, now it’s ruined. I’m on the train home crying after this DISASTER. Wish I could go back in time and never have met Christine.

It was my first time getting a full bikini wax. I was a little nervous and concerned about the pain. Farzana was very nice and she explained everything step by step, needless to say the pain was wayyy less than what I imagined it would be. I was very glad. The place was very clean and tidy. The receptionist at first seemed kinda mean and not too welcoming but after my service was done we had a few words and she was actually really nice and cool. I scheduled my next wax. I will definitely be returning.

I'm a faithful waxer at UniK but after my go to left, I decided to give EWC a try. First of all it's extremely unprofessional to talk badly about another establishment in the middle of my wax. My waxer proceeded to say that she has had many clients from UniK who didn't have a good experience and that they're waxes were painful. I had nothing but a great experience at UniK so I didn't appreciate all the unwarrented negativity. Secondly, I know waxes are painful, but this one hurt! So much so that i felt sore down there for days after. I think a lot of it had to do with my waxers technique. She pulls the skin extremely taught when applying the wax which pulls the hair. Thirdly, I know it's very sensitive behind, but the wax was too hot! I think my soreness days after was also probably due to a mild burn. I won't be coming back. Not to this location at least.

Always the best service when I go there. Staff is friendly and professional. Marjeta is the BEST!

Excellent staff, beautiful work! Highly recommended! I have visited a few times and I am impressed every visit.

I GOT MY EYEBROWS DONE BY KRISHNA. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. MY SKIN IS VERY SENSITIVE SO I DID HAVE A FEW BUMPS ON MY FOREHEAD. MINIMAL PAIN. EVEN THE TWEEZERS DIDN'T HURT. VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND HAD VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. GREAT WORK.

They are super professional and just absolutely lovely and polite. The facility is clean and inviting.

I see Hannah at the Park Slope location. She is the best. So great that I follewed her from a location half across Brooklyn. Lol. The most comfortable experience ever. She is really down to earth. She cares about your comfort and pain level. Great experience coming from a shy tomboy.

Called to make a reservation and the woman picking up the phone was extremely rude. When picking up the phone the woman was finishing her conversation before saying "hello" when explaining what I wanted she said "ok" rudely and put me on hold without any reason. I will not be looking to make reservations at this center.

Unprofessional. Called on the phone, expressed what my needs were and was told that they would be able to render the service and I was welcome to come in. I went out of my way and made it there no more than 15 mins later, Only to hear when I got there that they were sorry and had no openings. The apology of the receptionist did not appear genuine at all. I love European wax center but I sure won’t be returning to this one.
