24The European Wax center located on 7th Ave in Brooklyn has nice staff, not long a waits to be seen and quick and accommodating service. However, the European Wax center on Montague Street in Brooklyn, always had to wait, a constant change of staff, and the last wax technician that I was scheduled to see there was more concerned with eating than earning money and believe or not she was recommended by the previous technician who no longer works there, she was great; really hated to know she was leaving. Needless to say I've never been back to the Montague location nor will I ever go back.
Always professional and always spotless! Waxing isn't exactly an enjoyable experience but the ladies here make it suck a lot less. And much my my dismay (and my bank account's), their products really make a difference when it comes to upkeep and ingrown hairs.
It was my first time there so I got a complementary wax. Monica was amazing. She explained everything to me and kept me calm. She was so professional and friendly. I will always choose her as my preferred waxer from now on.
Quality of service has gone down in the last year. I always find missed spots when I get waxes here now. Price is fairly decent.
