My room was quiet, on a high floor and had all the amenities (except for the not so good coffee machine). Defintely recommended!

Rooms are a little small, but great experience overall.stayed overnight for my wedding, spent most of the night on the roof top patio with stunning views on NYC.

Decent value for the location. Within walking distance of the Atlantic station; easy access to Manhattan and JFK. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to a number of bars and restaurants in the area as well as the subway. The room (one King bed) was a bit small, but that's expected in New York. More importantly it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay here again.

I did not stay, but I visited some friends. The facility and bedrooms were in excellent condition.

Small room. In the middle of Brooklyn. Don't know what else you would expect tho, I mean it's a hotel in the middle of the city. In walking distance of plenty of things, so if you wanted to stay it'd be fine. We slept here when we went to the Barclays center, it was easy walking distance a good location to sleep for that.
I would stay somewhere else next time but I didn't make he plans.

Worst experience I ever had, booked a room showed up and was told they overbooked and they will be placing me at another hotel (never heard of such a thing? !) Then they told me to wait, after about 45 minutes and multiple times asking I gave up and left
I'm also a platinum member so my business will now be going to hyaat

It was ok. Not much around it and very little food or drink selection. Free breakfast was nice but small.

Clean and quiet, but small rooms and few amenities. You don't get YES network in the room, so no relaxing watching a Yankees game. You can't access the inputs on the TV either, so no using your own devices to stream TV. They do at least offer free WiFi.

Carlos and Mohammed rocked the breakfast every morning.:). Front desk was very helpful. For a first timer in NYC it was a great experience. Rooftop is awesome. Close walk to subways and restaurants on 5th.

Modern hotel, in just an ok neighborhood.
Comfortable rooms, good a/c
Breakfast area as overcrowded and food was not top quality.
Rooftop access was fun.
Parking severely limited and expensive.
Long walk from nearest subway stop.
Take a cab or uber/lyft.
No restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
