The most efficient and friendly FedEx experience I’ve had. I was in and out quickly and was greeted and taken care of in a very professional manner. I was carrying a large box and I got in line, an employee swiftly came and took it from me as a courtesy without being prompted. In Manhattan I am used to no eye contact, dry, un personable service, but I was treated kindly and as a person and it was nice. Shout out to the manager on duty and the employee with the cute gold glasses:)

The store manager William is the best! He is courteous and helped us with shipping a fragile monitor. Anytime I need to ship something - I’m going to see William and his team.

My go-to Fedex even if there’s one closer to me. The manager Mr. Douglas is a superb employee who is thorough, hardworking, and kind. He gives me the assurance I need whenever I need to ship a package. I can’t say enough good things about him and the store he manages!

We went to drop off a package and the angry lady working today evening tried all she could to turn us away and be as rude and unhelpful as possible. Luckily a man working there was polite and took our package and gave us a tracking number. Given the incredibly rude service, however, we will not be returning here.

I just shipped my bike FedEx Ground from NY to California in a box from FedEx included for $25. The bike is about 30 lbs. I was quoted over $150 at Bikeflights.com, who claims to be the cheapest and they also use FedEx. This is absolutely the cheapest way to ship a bike within the country. Call ahead to see if the FedEx location has bike boxes. They're short in supply of boxes around the city right now, people are moving away during the pandemic.

The service at this location is really quick and the staff is super helpful with printing services. The best experience I’ve had with FedEx thus far!

The owner was professional and kind - and I was in and out quickly (which is great during the pandemic).

Couldn’t figure out the self serve printer, staff helped me out and were super patient. Prints were twice as good as I expected!

Recently received great customer service during peak rush hour. Samaj went above and beyond as well as realizing my need astutely while managing and catering to other customers as well.

Do not EVER GET PICS PRINTED HERE! I emailed them a dozen photos to be 4x6 and 2 to be 5x7.they were not cut to size (had to cut them myself) and the quality was horrible.they did not use professional photo paper, and the pictures were dark, poor quality, and the colors were all off. I could’ve done the same job as home. On top of that, he didn’t print 2 photos! Out of 14 pictures it shouldn’t be that hard to check you’ve printed them all. And the total was almost $30.ridiculous price for ridiculous quality photos that are so bad that I need to re print them from another store.

Worst service ever, the gentleman on shift was on a personal phone call and ignored every customer in the store. I ended up leaving and ordering my photos online.

I came in right before closing and my shipment happened to be having issues but the manager stayed after to help me out. They really worked with me to get it done and they did it with a smile.

Can I just say I have rarely been helped so much at a fed ex. William the manager, and his team went beyond my expectations, quickly and friendly helping me with my printing needs. I am going to be back the next time I need anything from a printing service company.

Helpful squad, they held a package an extra 15 days after the label went missing. Helped get it shipped.

Great personal experience. Never was a fan of FedEx but the service here was fast, efficient and friendly. If you have any doubts ask for Vera she is very helpful and cares about your situation. Even with other customers in the store and her being the only person she handled it all very well. I will come back to this fedex location and recommend to others.

Copy machines jam or run out of paper there is a sign for bathroom but your not allowed to use it for spending $30 to get 55 copies made you should really get more but this place is designed to take advantage of people who messed up somewhere in their planning and need to use this place.

Very similar experience to the other reviewers here. The manager, William is excellent; very helpful, friendly and professional, but his staff is not.

Went to ship a package and they sat me at the computer and made me fill out the forms myself. Beats the purpose of having an office. And you can't swipe your card to pay and have to enter that information on some shared computer? They claim "it's faster that way". One star. If I wanted to so it online I would not come to your office. I just walked out.

The manager is helpful and friendly but the rest of the employees are feckless. One in particular is extremely rude and confrontational. You can tell he hates his job. Miserable.

Whoever is working at this store right now should be fired. Waited twenty minutes for employee who said they would be back from lunch at 6. Called them and was told they wouldn't be back until 6: 30. I am late for class because of them
