FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, New York NY

This is my stop to print and copy. It's a great location, open late, staff is always friendly and helpful, and everything always works there (unlike, for instance the 72nd street location where it's not the case and the customer gets blamed on top of it).

The machines are all most all in a state of no -functioning, and the staff is rude and unhelpful if you dare ask them for help.

I used the self-service email printing. Fast, easy, and cheap. Thirty cents for two pages, to be precise.

More Helpful than any other store like this but still lazy and slow. Unfortunately the best of the worst around here. They wouldn't take a return of a car charger that I bought in another store stating that it had to be returned to the same store. Retarded.

These people take forever. THEY LITERALLY IGNORE YOU FOR 30 minutes or more. Pre label your packages because these people are terrible!

This team is the best I have met in my entire life. As an entrepreneur, I was in a really tight position in the team moved a mountain just to make sure my project was handled. I can not thank this team and its District Manager enough. They saved my life and delivered quick, professional and quality print and shipping services. Thanks Manny and team.

Super inefficient staff. Too busy gabbing to help the waiting customers. Manager walks out and says employees will help you soon. Ends up joining their conversation about one's employee's future work schedule. Ignores customers. This is New York City, don't have time to wait around in store while staff has a 10 minute (non urgent convo). FedEx should be FAST & efficient - that's their brand! Left & went to another store.

2 Incredibly unhelpful individuals. Both associates gave so much attitude I ended up walking out.

One person working on a Friday and he's pissed. 50 minute line to ship a box and only 10 customers in store. Fed ex is blowing it at this location.

Had a last minute sign I needed and Kirt did an excellent job helping me thru the process, he was very knowledgeable and professional.

William store manager WILL GET YOUR JOB DONE, stayed after work to help me with an emergency. Best FedEx outlet I've ever been to.

Came in to print my resume for a job interview. William was extremely helpful right away and was enthusiastic to guide me through the process as quickly as possible. He even congratulated me on the interview and gave me a high five on the way out. What a great guy.

Been to this location several times to pick up some packages. Opens till late. Staffs very friendly, especially Will, helping me moving my packages, timely services. Willing to go to this location in the future.
