I use this store to make copies & print out important documents often. If you're using the self service machines, they do not take credit cards. Only Debit as a heads up or FedEx Print money Cards with the chip in it. It can also get pretty crowded during the noon & mid-day, so go at night before they close or early morning before the rush comes in. I never interact with the staff unless there's an error on the machines so I can't vouch for their other services.

Wow the staff here really know how to deal with stressed out cranky customers. It's a small place and there were some snags with getting my thing to print, but it got done. The staff here is really professional.

Guy at the counter was great. It's just that he's the only guy there. In the whole shop. On a busy Saturday afternoon. This is the second FedEx I've been in this week that was massively understaffed.

Go here if you need to print something, instead of the Staples a block away - computers and printers were in much better working order.

Painless. Called on the phone to make sure my shipping needs could be met that day. Went in, took care of what I needed to and the staff was very friendly. This is the second time I come to this location and both times I received excellent service! Thank you guys!

Very friendly staff. Be prepared to wait a little if there are people in front of you because they are patiently helping them get their shipments off. Great staff!

Extremely busy when I went, with only one employee dealing with shipping. Once it was my time, the employee helping me was distracted and not helpful. I finally Handed the package over and 3 days later the packaged was returned with no explanation. After some investigation on my part I was informed that I was not given or even informed about the proper paperwork to fill out for international shipping. A horrible experience!

Literally the most frustrating printing experiences of my life have happened here. I don't know why i keep going back.

I had a great experience at this Fedex. Jonathan gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. I would definitely go back, and ask him for help with my office needs in the future! It makes all the difference.

Horrible service. Not enough people to help me one hour waiting for guy to finish his phone call and look at me.

The guy at the counter seemed to have an attitude. I went in to see if they had my fax. He said he didn't. So I called the person who sent it. They confirmed that they did send it. When I went back in. I had to have an argument just to get him to check in the folder. When he finally did it was their all along.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, not helpful at all. I hope they shut this store down. All of the employees are hopeless and don't deserve jobs.

This probably varies within time, but I had came at 7: 00 PM and went in to ship in a box. Didn't take that long, about 5 minutes and done. I will be shipping another box I have to return, so overall great service.
