Doctor i was scared but Dr Mansoor is comfortable to talk do for just meeting him i certainly will recomnend him for check ups and heath care he did my pcr real gentle thand you Doctor will recommend you.

I am highly pleased to be taken care of by dr.mansoor at this center. I would highly recommend him for others, very empathetic, sincere in his job. Responds to Qs very thoroughly and in easily understandable way. I would like to make him my Primary Care doc. Dr. Mansoor you are very considerate, cordial and tender with patients.

Sumaiyya was quick and efficient with my rapid test didnt wait to long was a few ppl ahead of me so it took about half hour.but they were very professional and productive

I visited First Response Urgent Care Last month and I really have to commend Dr. Mansoor on his fantastic customer service. Dr. Mansoor was very welcoming and highly professional. He administered my Covid test and did it with care. He was very gentle and reassuring. He was also very friendly and educating. He’s a Dr.that deserves 100 stars. He was very friendly and made you feel at ease. I had to revisit to take another test and I was seen fast. I highly recommend Dr. Mansoor! Also, Carmen Salvo a receptionist at the office is very helpful. She was very friendly, professional, and dedicated. You can tell both Dr. Mansoor and Ms. Salvo take their job seriously and care about their patients.

This place is wonderful they called my name I wasn't there when I came back I told them and they took me right in took care of me promptly and professionally wonderful staff

I had a pleasant experience at this clinic. The workers were so nice and welcoming, especially a worker whose name is Carmen Salvo. Carmen went above and beyond her duty. Overall, I would return to this Urgent Care and recommend others because of the excellent treatment I received.

This place is so cool unprofessional and unorganized they don’t even know what insurances they take. You can make an appointment and tell them your insurance. And even though they tell you multiple times they take it.when you show up you’ll find out they don’t. Must be why the office is so empty while other urgent care offices are packed full. Because I never saw a provider I can only image how substandard the care must be.

This place is horrible, will have you waiting for 4 hours just to be seen. One doctor and 10 nurses. Will not recommend!

I am very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated at this clinic. The doctor recommended a cervical MRI. Apparently a mistake was made by the clerk/personnel responsible for submitting the request for approval to my insurance. Instead of requesting cervical they requested approval for soft tissue (clearly my file was not referenced because the correct information is in my notes). This error was made sometime in August of this year, 2019. At time of writing, 12/26/19 I still have not gotten this misstep on the part of First Response resolved. And the most frustrating thing is that the doctor would not speak to me nobody in authority is speaking to me. All kinds of skewed messages are being relayed through the receptionist/clerk. Today the receptionist is telling me I need to come back to the clinic for everything to be done over before a new/correct request can be made for approval from my insurance. I am so frustrated, I have been living with pain all these months.

Everything time I come to urgent care the experience has been amazing like they the best today i book a appointment of 2pm got to frist response urgent care before my schedule appointment time which at 2pm should not have wait beside today it a good place to come and in my area also want take my blood aging today if possible.

Absutely disgusting no working bathrooms floors are filthy walls are filthy nothing has been cleaned in day. Staff dont care they barely awak patients wait hours and hours while theybbs on their phone. Understaffed, complete health hazard. Its close but it is horrible outrageous

They are the worst.never pick up the phone and when you go there the receptionist is alway leaving the front desk.

Worst place ever! Super slow! MAJOR waste of time! I was here for hours, paying for parking every hour, and never even saw the doctor because after a few hours I had to go to class. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere! Never again!

Love love love love love they are fast kind and efficient I thought I was going to be turned down and it was the complete opposite

I came to get treated me and my daughter it was very professional and they were fast and told us excatly what was wrong. Excellent service

Terrible service. Very unprofessional and rude. Management do not care for their staff neither for their patients. Would not recommend this clinic.

I got here at 2: 43PM, to see about my tonsils being swollen, it's going on 4: 24 and I still haven't seen the doctor, the staff actually forgot about me, and I ultimately was skipped, horrible experience and will NEVER be returning.

Good for an emergency. If you are going back for a follow up be prepared to spend some time. Have patience. My appointment was at 10: 00.it is now 11: 15 I am still waiting to be seen. My patience is wearing out.

The service is horrible went in for a check up and next thing i no iam getting a stress test and now i have heart problems never had problems until i went there and the nurses are rude, i wouldn't send anyone there
