First Response Urgent Care, Brooklyn NY

Today I took my 7 year old daughter because I believe she has an infection and her primary doctor is to far from my house, as I walk in The receptionist turned me down because they were closing at 6 PM and yet I walked in at 4 PM, I was also told they stop taking people at 3 PM. On their website the hours of operations are till 8 pm daily. NEVER AGAIN!
By the way it was my second time being turned down for different reasons.

Thought this clinic was the best. But i went in with a sick child and they turned me away. Very displeased with the service. I dont think anyone should have the right to turn away a sick child

I give 2 stars because they take kids starting at the age of 2. Now I have to sit all day again at my child primary doctor to be seen as a walk-in

Staff and Doctors are so unprofessional. I went there yesterday to see the doctor and got treated for a upper respiratory infection. While I was waiting people were getting agitated and the receptionists were giving attitudes and negative feedback to the people in the waiting. After I seen the doctor i asked for a note giving specific details on why i have to miss so many day from work. They gave me a hard time and then the doctor wrote the smallest sentence i have ever seen in chicken scratch.

Horrible just horrible. Extremely cold, I asked what is management doing about how cold it is, they didn’t acknowledge what I was asking instead used a heater in the room. Long wait when barely anyone is here. Also felt rushed when getting cared for. It doesn’t feel like a real center almost like a fraud. I wouldn’t bring anyone elderly here or seeking urgent help.pretty sure someone is going to have a lawsuit here

Hey shout out to my girls Grace Samantha and yari there really good and profession I'll recommend this urgent care to anybody that want to feel safe and comfortable! You guys rock!

If you are a transit worker or city worker, I would not advise going to and Urgent care especially this one. I always have a problem with them filling out transit sick forms. They do not keep very good records of patients visits either. I will now be finding a permanent physician at another facility, since I had to change my old doctor because of the transference to atena (which also sucks). But these urgent care facilities are ok for a 1 time visit but do not make it a habit or permanent doctor.

Clinicians are fine. Everything else about this place is extremely frustrating. I booked an appointment through their online portal during business hours the previous day. Although their emails said I would be called shortly to confirm, I never received a phone call or other confirmation. The receptionist said she had no knowledge of my appointment until just before my scheduled time. Then I waited for over an hour past my original appointment time with some guy blaring TV off his phone in the lobby. Bear in mind I needed nothing but a routine prescription for an antibiotic medication. Huge waste of time that ate up an entire morning. This company needs to improve the way they handle information and scheduling.

Ghetto, nurses loud and wrong. Doctor appears be afraid of her own shadow.
We deserve do much better
I won't be coming back here and I live a block away!

Convenient for neighborhood but staff are unprofessional and its always an unnecessary long wait
