Gym Flushing YMCA reviews
30The cheapest place to stay in New York. Although there was a slight hiccup with the booking, this was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Stayed here for a week with no worries or problems at all
Awesome place to workout. Gym is updated with a variety of equipment, and the pool is very clean
Lockers are rarely cleaned, and they seem to have persistent issues with their hot water system
Stayed while working in town. Staff was friendly. Lodging was ok. Activities scheduled were fun and inviting. Bathrooms could be better
The hostel offers a full usage of the sport facilities but the rooms are very small and there isn't a kitchen only a microwave.
It is what u pay for.they do there best with what they got. I would stay there again with no problems
My daughter goes to summer camp.
If you do not sign with ymca card, they request you your ID and sign rudely. I felt like i am a theft. And i saw a staff yelling at a student. Thank god! My daughter has nice staffs. I do not want to take the risk next summer.
If you're planning to send your kids here for swimming, make sure to set aside at least 3 hrs for registration every few weeks. Other than beginning swimming classes you cant register online. All the other Ys are doing it. No parking, and very limited meter parking. Other than that the facility is decent. We do like their changing rooms. They have family changing rooms (always full though). Boys separated from the mens, same for the girls side. Just very crowded. Our last year here.
I dont know why people have to complain so much. Its a great gym and the staffs are super nice. I love their clean machines and my kid loves his soccer class.
