I use this shop for my Lincoln MKC service. Up until now it’s been great. This last service left me a bit concerned- my car came back looking good as always however, as was washing and detailing my car this past weekend I noticed one of my front wheels was missing a lug nut - they did a tire rotation as part of the service so I decided to check all of my wheels only to find that on each wheel two lug nuts were not tightened and only finger tight. I’ve been driving daily for two weeks now without a clue. I replaced the lug nut and rechecked all the wheels. This is totally unacceptable.

Today is the first day that a ford service center don't make me feel like they are giving me the service for free because everywhere I go they are always mean and too proud and you have to take their attitude because you are getting it for free but today Henry was so helpful that makes me want to go back if my vehicle needs any service. Thank you Henry

I got my oil change from this place only. I have f-150 limited edition. They do photo inspection before they start the process. My left side mirror was perfectly fine with no harm at the time of oil change and the photo inspection. After 1 hour, when they bring my truck outside, the left side mirror was damaged. I told the manager everything he need to know but The manager never called me back. Its been a month. I have the valid proof of pictures before and after to show. You have to treat people right and equal. This is very sad that the person got his service done from you guys only and you dont care at all about his damage you did. They leave me no option but civil court. Very unprofessional.

I took my car in for service the way Yvonne was taking care of the problem was unbelievable professional it's a great place to leave a car then if you want to get the job done by Yvonne

Had a recall to take care of, & I was very very happy with the service, efficiency, customer friendliness, & in-&-out time.

I'd definitely recommend this place.

My truck is a leased truck n is being diagnosed for a week now with no answer or word on the eta on completion. I've reached out several time with no response from Henry. I'm not sure if this is the process or i got put on the back burner but i believe i should be more informed. I'm in a rental now which im paying out of pocket because no loaner wasn't available at the time of drop off. Ford please let me know something!

I left my vehicle with ford over night for a diagnostic and my vehicle was damaged in their care. I have a deep scratch on my dash so I reported it to the manager Anthony. It took him hours to get back to me and when he did he accused me of lying and he denied that his shop damaged my vehicle. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. He was rude talked over me and raised his voice. Never again will I consider servicing or purchasing at Ford.

This place is very disorganized and when you inform them they made a mistake they get upset and make you wait. Recommend if you have a secondary repair shop go to it.

Customer service is amazing here, I come to this place for minor things I could do myself. All the staff are super friendly and would definitely tell others who own a Ford to get their services done here

I came in for a recall, Front rotors and brake pads ($$$). Even thought everything was installed fine, they manage to forget to place a Caliper brake clip one of my brake pads. How to do you forget that? Isn't that an important piece? I only found out when I went to Mavis to get tires and the mechanic informed me (Thank god i went for tires). When i called Customer service, they failed to address the issue, and fit me into their schedule. The girl I was speaking with was questioning me as if she was the mechanic and I didn't know what I was talking about. That's not good customer service. Now I have to wait for a piece that should have been placed on the day of service. Not happy.

Dont bother with the service dept. Here.the people seem nice enough but very incompetent.they had no clue that the contract they had with enterprise car rental had expired 2 years prior to sending me there to pick up a car that Ford was supposed to pay for.called me three weeks later to say that I could pick up the car.too late already went to crown ford and was set to pick up rental in 10 minutes.

We had a bad experience with this dealer, We purchace a church van and the vehicle "is" a lemon, we still have it and it goes to the dealer twice a month and they can not find the problem.they had the vehicle for a long time in the shop and they did not give us loaner to used while the vehicle was geting fix, we took them to court and still they did not resolve anything.very disapointed on their resonsability.find another place to purchase a vehicle, it will be a better choise.

My issues were found fairly well
But work ethic is rediculous! Most not all of the mechanics have 2 speeds slow and slower.and worst of all i had to reschedule my service 3 times and the excuse was because the mechanics called in and they were short handed.these mechanics wouldn’t last a week in the private sector.my work schedule is tough.i Wk nites.and these guys don’t make things easier.they should be thankful they have a job.show a little effort!

Absolutely just the WORST! Brought my car into their service center based on convenience to commuter transportation on Feb. 26th. I requested a loaner vehicle during my appointment setting which at the time of drop off was not available, but that was the least of my problems. Kevin, my car manager, was provided with a full diagnostics with parts needed from a previous Ford servicing center whom I trusted as well as with my extended warranty information. After following up with the service center on multiple occasions, I was told after a TWO WEEK waiting period that my warranty company would need to send an inspector. After contacting my warranty company, I was told by an extremely versed mechanic that the managers at the servicing center were very incompetent, that they only needed a part that cost less than my $250 deductible and only 30 minutes to install. They recommended bringing my car elsewhere for service. Ford Lincoln advised that they already ordered the part and that within just a few days my car would be ready to pick up. A week passes and still my car is not fixed with no communication from them. The part ordered did not work and now we are at square one. Kevin happens to be out of office on the day I'm promised the car would be ready. Livid at this point, I speak with the manager of the servicing center to have my vehicle ready for pickup regardless of it being fully repaired. The manager attempts to resolve the situation by looking into my files and reaching out to the warranty company yet again regarding the new part requested. Again, the (same) part is less than my deductible. Again, the part does not work. The manager than finally confirmed that the part needed was what was on the previous service center's diagnostic which costs more than $1k to repair (part/ service). By now I've wasted a month waiting for a proper diagnostic and repair. I requested to have my vehicle available to pickup immediately! Upon arrival, I am asked to PAY their diagnostic fee and only after threatening to get a lawyer involved did they waive it. What a deplorable and horrible experience for a FORD dealership. Waiting a month for proper diagnostic is unacceptable. Unless you truly have time (and money) to waste, I would suggest bringing your car elsewhere!

Difficult to getting appointment. For simple work you have to spend home day. I had problem with the battery 2016 ford explorer it's a new car but you have to pay diagnosis charge like one battery price than you have to pay battery price installation charge lot of expances

They are currently renovating the entire building and moved the service desks and waiting area to one side of the building in an enclosed space instead of right at the entrance so it's a lot more spacious and clean. The previous waiting area was cramped and grimy. Never had a problem with their work except the wait time can be long. Also, the car entrance is inconvenient for large vans. I may have a biased review since I have their maintenance package to cover most of my repairs and servicing. But that also means I come often for any little issue and at every visit I've experienced courteous, knowlegeable and friendly staff.

My vehicle sat there for two weeks before I called and was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Then it took another 3 weeks for someone to actually do something. The whole time, I am consistently calling asking for updates and given the run around. If this wasn’t being done under warranty then I’d definitely would have went somewhere else and paid whatever they wanted me to just to avoid this headache. Over a month without your vehicle for something that took them a couple hours to complete? ! Ridiculous. No communication.
