I had a awesome experience at this location I had the most nicest young lady behind the desk she was intelligent and very understanding about my issue with my car she got me a loaner and even had it cleaned for me.the young ladies name is Lisa she stated she was new in my opinion she should be there forever because I’ve been coming here for yrs and was never this happy with their customer service u guys now have a happy customer and I will tell others.

I see my rim is damaged because clearly someone didn't take off the tire properly. Very upset and will never go back ok to get my car serviced there! I paid $700.00 for service now my 200.00 rim needs to be fixed. Careless! So my bill is now 900.00. Thx Ford Lincoln!

Very bad service. I went for my recall they kept my car for 3 days.they didn't fix it and waste my time.the manager has bad attitude also. I checked my carfax app that app showed me that my car has been fixed

Went in for service. They explained I needed to leave my car. I asked for a loaner vehicle, but they told me I had to reschedule my appointment for that. They only time they had available was 10 days later.

PARTS DEPARTMENT, will rape you plus charge you double the price. NEVER BUY FORD/LINCOLN.

I had a good experience. The place is under construction and has some new faces. The new greeter is friendly and positive changes.

Great place and friendly staff. Henry was very helpful and took care of my truck. I had an initial issue getting in and Mike helped me. I moved to Queens and this was my first service visit. Could not be happier.

They are very unprofessional that take their time take too long when you come to check your car or you get its attitudes like you bothering dumb like they doing you a favor I'm pay for my work I would never ever go there again nor would I recommend anyone

WENT IN FOR A NORMAL SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. GOT A REPORT ON MY VEHICLE AND HAD A COUPLE OF CONCERNS. JILLIAN AND MIKE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. THE REPAIRS DID NOT TAKE TOO LONG AT ALL. THEY EVEN ADVISED ME ON COUPON PRICES, THAT WAS NICE. GOOD PEOPLE AND PRICE.

They are so unfriendly worst customer service they don't make any effort to work with warranties they tell you the price this much that much swipes the cc that's it done.that's what they are good at. It's closer to me that's why I went over there I don't want to go to that place again.

The beast way to get a full serves is to set up appointment with a car loaner.

I only rely on this guy named Alfred he's a spright forward guy and, he'll tell you when and how long it's actually going to be done with your car

Service is way to slow. I prefer to travel to the one in long Island which has better customer service.
