Recently we bought a Jetta at Fuccillo. Bill Watson was our product specialist. We loved the customer relationship Bill gave us. He was patient, very polite, non-aggressive in a sales way, and knowledgeable about the car he sold us. We would definitely go back.

Wow! What an amazing experience at the Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady dealership. The General Manager Muhamad Ashkar, and Product Specalist Kristian Maliq went above and beyond for us. They have tremendous customer service and they were extremely friendly as well. They treated us like we were real people and not just dollar signs. We have been shopping around for months for a new car, and we finally wounded up at Fuccillo VW. I am so happy that I will be driving out of there with a 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line. They could have not done a better job. It was such a pleasant visit and I hope to say with VW after this lease. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys!

Had great experience purchasing new beetle from fucillo vw. Salesman, Bill W, finace people, and whole team, made my purchasing experiencea a good one from start to finish. No canned, high pressure sales pitch, just genuine interest, honesty and good intention from fucillo team made me feel confident in them and in my purchase. I needed an oil change and inspection and called nemer at 2: 00 on a Saturday and they were not able to get me in that day. So, I called fuccillo and they were able to get me in at 2: 30 and even better the oil change was $10 cheaper. The dealership is atrocious inside, but they appear to be building a new one and the service advisor that was on had great customer service. I would definitely go back to them next time I need service.

Service Manager, apologized three times for the five minute wait. I said no problem and I asked him if he had been to the doctors office or emergency room recently?

Came in for an inspection. While there I was asked by Josh who was waiting on me asked if I had any questions about my beetle I mentioned I was having window issues but would have it looked at a different time. He went out of his way and walked out to my car and showed me exactly how to fix the problem! I am so pleased with my service. 10/10 I would recommend! Their VW service is the best in the area hands down!

A bit pricier than my friend's garage. Fast and friendly service, yet more money than I'd like to pay they had a factory part I needed). Decent place to buy your vehicle though.

Awesome service, friendly staff, in and out in under an hour for warranty part replacement and brake system check. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Horrible experience. Very pushy salesmen. Not understanding at all. Only time they tried to work with me was when i said I was walking out. If you want your credit ran prior to even picking the vehicle you are interested in definately choose here. When told not to run credit yet they said that's not how they do it.spend your money and time elsewhere.

Ron & Bill worked hard and expeditiously to help me out and get a last minute repair done to my Jetta, even at the end of a long work day. Very professional, and will treat you like a human instead of a number. Highly recommended!

AWFUL SERVICE.went in to buy took over a week to get it moving.the day I was supposed to take the car home I stayed waiting for two hours. There’s always issue after issue. I will buy elsewhere. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. ITS A COMPLETE JOKE.

The sales team is exceptional. I worked with Beatriz and her commitment to getting me into a new car with a lease that worked for me was fantastic. I would recommend them highly. This is the third vehicle I have purchased/leased through the dealership.

Of course they will take your money, but when it comes to a refund on your deposit, they take over two weeks. Still have yet to recieve it and no one bothers calling back to communicate at all

From finding the actual car, to the financing Fuccillo took care of everything. They were kind, friendly and efficient. It made my experience easy and enjoyable.

Bought a used car that ended up having tons of issues. Fixed my car with aftermarket parts because they are cheap. The car actually was never fixed despite the part being "replaced" 2 times. They will do whatever they can to scam you and save money. Don't buy used cars from them.
