Excellent Service on my vehicle. I did not purchase my vehicle from Fuccillo; this didn't matter to Don, Josh, and the service team who repaired my Tiguan.
Not only did they repair my vehicle, they were professional, and efficient. I was treated not only as if I was a Fuccillo customer; but as if I was Family.

You can't go wrong here. Some of the nicest sales people ever and you can't beat there prices. Even in the service department.

I was told by Sales Manager that I would have a better chance getting a loan with a new car purchase instead of used which I'm not opposed to. Said I would look online at the selection and get back to them. Emailed the salesman about my choice and was told they did not have a SUV/Crossover with sunroof in the model I liked, only I actually found one on there lot already in stock and emailed her back and never received an kind of response from her.

Rob Sangelo was very accommodating and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He allowed us to test drive multiple cars and made suggestions for vehicles that would fit our needs. Rob made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process and kept us informed as to what was going on and what to expect.

We chose a used vehicle. Our salesperson Beatriz Hernandez was welcoming, personable, extremely professional in her approach. She found a vehicle to fulfill our needs. I will recommend her to my acquaintance who are looking for a vehicle. The rest of your staff all we're excellent as well. Good experience overall.

I went to Fuccillo Volkswagen in Schenectady this morning, and drove my new Beetle home this afternoon. Everything was taken care of efficiently by the staff. Michael Kerwin, my salesman was super. He explained everything to me, and was very pleasant to do business with. VERY IMPRESSED!

They were very professional to work with, they took care of all the paperwork for registering the car in MA and drove the vehicle to me two days after putting down the deposit.
