Homemade ice cream is the BEST and always so hard to find, this place is amazing! So many options and flavors. Lots of yummy looking candies and chocolates too! We'll definitely be back

Omg! Best homemade ice cream! Super friendly service. I can't believe how amazing it was!

I really enjoy that there are always at least 2 no-sugar-added ice cream flavors in the dip cooler, and even more flavors packed into quarts in the freezer. The coffee-based flavors are great! I was recently gifted a box of assorted chocolate truffles and OH MYYY they are rich, smooth, and delicious. Each center is different in flavor and texture - I really love unique textures in sweets. The chili ate isn’t waxy or overly sweet. Cute packaging too!

My kids love the choices of ice cream for cones (I’m not crazy about the price for baby cones but you pay for quality!) and all the beautifully wrapped candies on display and the case of chocolates.

Clean shops, friendly staff. This place is definitely a treat!

Stop here often for their ice cream. Tonight had German Chocolate Cake. Creamy, smooth chicolate with coconut and nuts. It was delicious.

I will be back later this week for more ice cream and some Bear Claws.

Special ordered an ice cream cake for my father's birthday. He normally would get a Carvel ice cream cake, but no one else would eat it. I was given this place as a recommendation so I had to try it. I ordered a small cake with mint chocolate chip AND chocolate peppermint ice cream! It was really good, my father said it was the best ice cream cake he's ever eaten

The soft serve ice cream is creamy and dreamy! Wow! Im a fedex driver and I delivered some stuff there and the woman working (presumably the owner) offered me a free ice cream! Im not one to turn down ice cream. Lol She offered me like 3 diff cone choices and I chose a normal one and let me tell you, this hit the spot! Probably one of the best soft serves I’ve had ever. Yummm! New favorite spot when Im in the area!

YUM, march dont walk, so tasty. I had the cookie monster (like a blue cookies and cream) and the bananas foster (carmely and sweet). I did not get any banana flavor from the bananas foster, but the carmel swirl was not just sweet, but packed great flavor and the buttery flavor made it that much better

I thought it taste very good. Service was nice, lots of variety. Even had connect four for us to play outdoors.two cones of ice cream cost us 12 dollars not to shabby.

Oh my goodness! This is fantastic place! And you may have missed Valentine's day but you can treat yourself anytime.

What a great place - excellent, high quality ice cream, eclectic selection of treats, and wonderful service. This is my family's go-to place to take the kids for this sort of thing. My only critique is that they should put a citronella candle or thermacell outside around the patio seating during the warmer months to deter mosquitoes, which unfortunately have been rampant this year.

Great chocolate shop and they have several flavors of chocolate covered potatoe chips! Ice cream is also yummy!

I was put onto this place by my best friends family. It is Such a delightful little shop. The Ice cream is so flavorful and delicious that I don't go many other places for hard ice cream anymore

I have a real issue when I watch a young man, being talked "down" to, without cause. I watched the owner of Gabrielle's shadowing tightly over her employee, as he politely took our order's, then cashed us out. Sorry, but the young man was performing quite well, and clearly didn't need to be told how to count out our change. He was treated as though he lacked a brain, where as I'm pretty sure he did. I could only feel compassion for This young man, thinking how embarrassed he must be. This was both my first and last visit to Gabrielle Chocolates & Ice Cream in Manlius. May I suggest a course in Effective Speaking, just my a thought.

I thought that the prices were fair since there was a great variety of options for ice cream, but get at least a regular size ice cream (2 scoops) if it seems expensive, because it's more worth it. Really nice customer service too!

Ice cream was great, strawberry sundae not so much. Seemed like a strawberry glaze not real strawberries.

I ordered one scoop of icecream for my son and one scoop for myself. It cost eight dollars and ten cents. A little pricey, but friendly service.
