Golden Eagle Shuttles, New York NY

Golden Eaglele Shuttle was really convenient for our family and they went off schedule to pick us up earlier at the time we requested. Very clean and courteous staff.masks not required if you are vaccinated $10 each way. We got on from Wyndham Garden. It is more $ than the public transit but we thought it was safer, cleaner for our family of 7 with kids and strollers. Would use again.

Have used shuttle service for business and with family two years in a row.called them during pandemic and agent was very helpful.price is very cheap, sometimes there are delays because they are so busy and a lot of people are always trying to get on the bus.always buy your tix in advance online or you will not be able to get on. Sal was our driver and he was very nice and funny, also got us through traffic quickly

Have been using golden Eagle for almost 10 years now and have stayed at Meadowlands View, Holiday and Best Western. Very convenient and affordable way to get into NYC. Sad to see they are not open now, hope they start service this summer

Good service, we used from meadowlands view to Times Square daily.it ran on time and $15 roundtrip per person

We us the Golden Eagle Shuttles every year for NYCC from the hotel to the javits center. The staff is professional and courteous. I would recommend them if you are staying in Jersey and need to get the con!

DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE. Their website says to wait at the corner of 41st and Dyer. We showed up at 10: 10 for the 10: 30 shuttle. We waited at the corner until 10: 35 and called our hotel panicking because we thought they had driven by us. The hotel then tells us that we should be at 41st and Broadway and that they should be arriving at 10: 45. We ran full sprint in sandles and made it there at 10: 40. We wait until 10: 55 and then call again. We were greeted with a huge attitude and “that shuttle already left. It was a 10: 30 pickup and you should have called us and not your hotel. ” At that point, we had to use Lyft to get home because that was the last shuttle of the night. They refused to give us a refund and we had to pay 40 dollars for the Lyft ride across the bridge.

Paid in advance twice and they forgot us both times and continued to ask for our payment when they finally picked us up hours later. 0 stars.

This suttle service is terrible, they going all hotel one by one, like a subway, 10 minutes traveling takes 40 minutes

HANDS DOWN THE WORST SHUTTLE/TRANSPORTATION company, driver told us the bus will pick us up from 41st and broadway at 9pm, i was there at 8: 30 pm, no one showed up, and then they lied to me saying that they left early leaving us stranded in NYC and then they literally started making things up like "ohh you were supposed to call us at 8pm. ", just about any story they could make up and blaming me for everything. YOU GUYS SAID theres a pick at 9pm 10pm and 11pm.no one showed up and then im told because its a slow day the last pickup happened at 8pm.and having to spend another 45usd to get back to our hotel.if you guys decide to change your mind, we should atleast be informed but because your company does not care at all about customers they obviously had no database.the driver even made a pitstop at a hotel because his personal truck needed a boost.the van had torn seats.missing speakers, ripped roof.the guy was on his bluetooth having loud conversations, i dont recommend any company or individual to use these guys service it will just make you look bad.

Slow service and showed up 20min late.then had to switch shuttles. After taking an extra 45min to get into the city, the driver then added another 25min to the trip by poorly planning the route. Hands down worst shuttle experience I've ever had.
