I had an issue with the front driver's side tire.lots of noise and loose lug nuts. I took it to Good Year and waited to get "the call". It came at 2: 30. My car was ready. I took the bus from my job on Wolf Road, walked in, Dom, who was my service person, passed me the paperwork and said, "No charge".

WOW! This has never happened to me! They fixed the problem caused by some other mechanic and didn't charge me.

I will be back for all future maintenance on my
car. They had me at 'No Charge'.

Great (clean) facility and staff. Brought in vehicle for brakes and was very satisfied with service. A slight delay in getting parts needed but Rob M.kept me informed and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Bottom line is that I drove away in a safe car less than 24 hours after I made the appointment.

Our car broke down on our way home to Connecticut and we had it towed to this Goodyear shop. The employees were professional, courteous, helpful, and worked very hard to get us on our way before they closed that day. If we lived here, we would definitely return for service and repairs. We recommend it highly!

I've taken my vehicle here a few times now and I never leave feeling like I got ripped off. Have bought numerous sets of tires from there without many problems. The senior staff seem to be knowledgeable and want to help the best they can.

They don’t even deserve one star. I was in town from South Carolina due to a funeral and the night before I had to leave to drive back home I got a flat tire and pulled into this place at 6pm which they close right at 6 and tried explaining my situation and the guy so rudely said we’re closing so I can’t help you. And I said well what about the air can I at least use the air thing to fill the tire so I can drive to a different place and he said no and slammed the door.so rude!

Wow, they fixed my flat tire for free! I had a nail and didn't even know it. Stopped in for air and was told if one tire was that low, something was in it. They were correct. They fixed it and when I asked how much I owed, their reply was they don't charge to fix flats! Refreshing

Good service. Quality merchandise. Very reasonable (Prices)! Thank you. Purchase a Complete Set of tires. (4) Tires, w/Oil change, lube job. Radiator Flush and fill. Transmission Flush and fill. Replace all inner/outer filters. Cabin filters, car parts filters. Replace wiper blades. Top off all fluids.
The manager, staff and mechanics crew, all do Professional Quality Work. Thank you for helping this (Iraq War Veteran).

I’ve been here few times never having a problem, but last week I brought my car in for check engine light, it was fixed until yesterday the check engine light shown again, I was a bit frustrated but the store manager Rob reaches out to me shown great attitude and patience. We able to get the problem resolved, the customer service is excellent, Thank you Rob, this is the place I will bring my car for maintenance in the future, and will definitely recommend for everyone.

Went in for an inspection was in and out in a reasonable time didn't wait too long even tho it was a little busy. The young man at the front desk I believe his name was Omar was very nice and polite told me an estimate time which my car would get done and it was. I would definitely recommend this place I've been coming for years and everytime the same guy performs the work on my car so every time I go I request him he does an amazing job never had issues and I know my cars in good hands

This is my second time with goodyear in Albany. Was anxious with a company bc have a private family friend back home but they have been excellent for the same price. The store manager Rob M.was fantastic and so understanding. Thank you so much

I made an appt online dec 18,2019 for tire replacement on dec. 20,2019.i received a confirmation email for my appt. Dec 19. Went in the shop today and was told theres no stock of my tires i ordered.manager blamed the website and me they said i should have called to check if the tires are in stock.no apology given.website sucks as well as the staff.will never go to that shop again.
