I would have gave a better score, only because the driver was excellent.but Greyhound Should Steam Clean their Seats.odor.
Greyhound bus was an awesome ride the bus was clean, and everyone was doing their own thing on the bus, like sleeping, and playing with their phone,
I always enjoy my trips on Grayhound.
The bus driver are always very professional and the buses are always clean.

(Greyhound Terminal) Horrible customer service and policies. Driver for the bus at the origin (NY-Philly) was delayed without notice and we had to wait for more than 90 minutes on the boarding queue with no updates from the personnel.
Later, after boarding late, the connecting bus (NY-Philly-Pitt) to the final destination left without us. The NY stations failed to communicate to Philly about the delay. Got stranded in Philly for the night with blase response from the Philly station.
NEVER AGAIN
The greyhound bus ride was confterble and I, was charging my, phone, in those 7 hours, the bus driver made 3 stops, for those that smokes cigarettes, and wanted to use the restroom and buy something to eat, the bus driver, was very good in asking if everyone was seated for those that went out that was a 20 minute stop
Gets you from point A to point B at a reasonable price. But I don't think I would ever take a gray hound or any other coach bus. The smell of oder was were unbearable. The oder was so bad I got off the bus one stop sooner and took an uber to my final destination.
The ride was really smooth with comfortable seats. Definitely wish the A/C was stronger but overall a good trip from New York to Washington DC.
Be aware of strange people roaming the bus depot. Had a hard time figuring out the bus schedules.
