Greyhound: Bus Station reviews
18A good enough spot to spend a short daytime layover. Staff are rude, but police are on standby and the building seems safe enough during the day.
It was giving DC travel center vibes, 125th street and Lexington vibes, hide your purse vibes
Just another greyhound station. They guy in the little news stand store was nice but the ticket agent who worked on Saturday sept 26 was rude and unprofessional all he cared about was being on his phone even the drivers had to try to get his attention to make the announcement. His only answer to any question was “I don’t know”. Can’t go outside without 30 people asking you for a cigarette or money. The bathroom stalls have no doors except the handicap stall and the are metal toilets but we’re clean ish. Lots of homeless people inside looking like the wanna rob you police stand and chat with each other and seem to just pick on people. Hope the ticket agent gets fired over his rudeness. NOTHING is “Police Enforced” as the 50 signs say. Just use caution!
Extremely rude man at ticket counter only thing he said was “SO WHATS YOUR QUESTION”. I was trying to ask what gate the bus was going to be at as the TV said see attendant. My daughter was traveling alone and the bus station is not the safest for people alone. Then the driver felt it was ok to knock on glass and wavy as a form of letting people know it’s time to get on the bus. Very unprofessional.
Love riding with this company. It's relaxing and fun and you get to meet different people
Very nice and comfortable. They have Outlets to charge your phone very c l e a n nice and helpful workers friendly
Dirty unhelpful staff
Dirty facilities and very very disgusting waiting areas
Extremely unhigenic
The bathroom is a disaster. Most of the doors to the bathroom stalls are taken down and the one that has a door doesn’t even have a lock and flooded. The waiting area also feels dangerous.
Customer service rep sitting at the desk had a bad attitude. Asked a question and gave a vague answer.
1st trip on Greyhound and I am extremely disappointed with how the schedule changes effect everything and I have now waited in a bus station for over 12 hours. Bad business.
This place is disgusting there's homeless people living in there and no one was wearing a mask like get it together
The ride was smooth no issues there. The driver was extremely rude and inflexible. Just wish that flixbus had driver ratings just like Uber and you can see who you will be riding with.
An okay bus station, but the buses themselves need to be updated as the they are old, wearing down, and it’s so hot and muggy on the buses too.
I do enjoy going to the inside convenience store but the chairs are filthy or nasty because the homeless people that live there and housekeeping is very poor it should be clean. Every hour because of the homeless people other than that I like the convenience store I like the pizza and the owners are very courteous and nice at the convenience store
I WILL NEVER EVER ride greyhound EVER again. Made my travel experience hell. Greyhound never sent my E ticket and i almost missed my ride coming home because the ticket agent said I didn’t have the proper E ticket when I had a full paper ticket. The bathroom was not clean and it smelled horrible causing me to have a headache and sick to my stomach. The ticket agent was rude. Greyhound is the worst. I would not recommend anyone to use this bus company. You would think that they would use better sanitary precautions due to COVID 19 but they didn’t. Never again
While I suppose it’s ok if you want to travel affordably, I do recommend that you go into this terminal prepared. As a Buffalonian, I think it’s a shame that it’s in the condition that it’s in. Firstly, the seats are sparing and rather uncomfortable. Second, there’re plenty of homeless people that hang around wanting money or tobacco. Thirdly, the men’s restrooms reminded me of jails/prisons that I’ve seen in movies, albeit dirtier than those aforementioned. The Tim Hortons was closed, so go to the HarborCenter location if needed (they are open on more traditional business hours), but you’ll need to take the metro train a stop or two… it’s a no fare zone, however and one line so don’t be worried. The vending machines? They work and aren’t terribly expensive, but despite being marked Apple Pay compatible none of them worked for me. It does get rather chilly in the terminal
Nonetheless, I suppose I could put up with it again if need be…. Next time, I’ll just drive myself or take a more dignified mode of transportation such as Amtrak.
The greyhound is not a good place. They have stalls that look like prison toilets doors missing and cold water to wash your hands
