BE WARNED THERE IS NO OFFICE, THERE IS NO WAITING AREA, THIS IS A STOP ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET!
The bus never showed up. There was another person waiting with me who said they were going to use PeterPan instead. Greyhound failed to notify me that my departure was cancelled, instead they kept telling me it was delayed until finally they said I missed the bus when I did not, it never showed. Then I call back and I get told to continue to wait for the bus to arrive. My last communication was to be told that since I missed the bus there was nothing they could do for me. Greyhound left me stranded and I had to take 3 trains to get to there then borrow money to get back because they refused to provide a solution to their error. They should not be allowed to operate anywhere if they're going to endanger people in this capacity. My phone died, I didn't know anyone where I was at. I was a sitting duck for the weirdos watching me waiting for it to get dark enough to do who knows what! I spoke to four reps that told me to wait, two that told me there was no train coming then ignored my requests for solution to me being stranded. Those two stayed silent on the phone and one hung up on me. Another rep told me to wait until 8: 00 PM after that then when I called back they said there was nothing they could do for me. This is the way we treat people today?
