Aurelia Esquivel, We have NO knowledge of you as our patient in our Bayside location or for that matter in in our data base at all, under the name in which you reviewed us on this site.

If you would kindly call the office, we would be happy to help you with your frustrations. The majority of the time when a patient is unhappy with their hearing aids, they often need reinstruction of use and care, reconsult of realistic expectations, among many other issues.

That being said, we can not help unless you make an appoint and list the primary issues. As far a not seeing the Dr.that is odd as the Dr.is always here with the staff Monday- Friday, perhaps please request to see the Dr.specifically when you call for your next appointment.

We always say we will always be happy to work continuously as a team to make each and every patient feel as special as possible as well as hear as well as possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freed’s for over four years. I started seeing him at his RVC location and followed him to the Bayside location. Dr. Freed and his staff go above and beyond to make sure I always have what I need. Jessica has also been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough positive comments about everyone at Hearing Help Associats Bayside location. I am so glad that I am lucky enough to have such caring people to help me with my hearing aids.

Very good service that was geared towards fitting my wife with the right hearing aids as oppossed to the most expensive.

Update: i’m amending my original post however there are certain staff members that Lack proper customer service and Beside manner, they pick and choose who should be seen. I had an appointment at 11 am and I did not leave there till 4: 30 pm. I have never encountered such rude behavior from a doctors office. Physicians are nice but the staff needs proper training.
