Horrible service
Tossed around, put on hold the tossed around again for 30 min on the phone and still none of their 6 Service Advisors picked up. Called up their Services manager instead (Richard Grines or something) and left a message.still no call from these guys. Again, if Service is important to you, stay away from these jokers. Once you drive your car off the lot, they won't bother with support or service

My wasn't the best, I didn't think at first that a had a chance to drive a Mercedes Benz, I always settled for a used car or a car that was economical. I wanted a luxury car and to drive in style. Acredit fter demonstrating faith and believing in what God can do, Helms Brothers made it work and now I drive a Mercedes Benz. I am very happy i work with Maurice on the purchase of my GLK350. He was courteous, professional and patient. There are alot of little things he does, that he makes me feel like he cares about his client. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. When it's time for my car upgrade, i will definitely come back to look for Maurice.
The person at the service desk is rude and obviously doesn't care if I bring my car there or not. Why would she its not like me coming there is going to affect her paycheck. Will be taking my car somewhere else

I had an unpleasant experience at this store. I believe the store is under new management and the manger I spoke was unprofessional (young guy) as well as the salesman who tried to rip me off Stampler. I was looking into down grading from a E class (65000) to GLC (50000) and I was told my monthly payments would be 639 that's 26 less than what I'm paying for my E class. I was highly offended by Stamplers ricdiclous number. Little did he know I had gotten a quote for the GLC at Mercedes in White Plains; which now I know was reasonable offer 539. After I told them the quote I was given by Mercedes in White Plains, the manger told me that my numbers weren't real and why I didn't buy the vehicle from them. Well, any good buyer shops around first for the best deal and secondly, I do plan on going back to Mercedes in White Plains to purchase my vehicle.
Response to GM: The vehicle was in transit, that is why Mr. Stampler or your rude manger didn't see the vehicle in question. Instead of attempting to meet me or come close to the quote I was given at White Plains, I was told I was making up numbers. Calling a customer a lair I believe qualify them as unprofessional. Enjoy the rest of your day!
Really polite salesman. Usual MB mystique and high prices. And the sedans are taxis in Europe. In the US they are top-line. Their lease prices were very high. I simply bought a new Audi for cash. Leases aren't smart when you're retired.
Theo is professional, courteous and would work to get you the best deal. He took his time to find out what specs were the deal breaker for my wife's commuter car. Found us the car with ever more features in addition to what we really wanted, on top of that got us the BEST deal in entire Queens, Long Island area. I am a very happy customer during very first experience here and will definitely refer friends.
ATTENTION PEOPLE -
Service is very poor because you have to take car back several times before car is fixed and they are more concerned about money besides customer satisfaction. They are fixated on other issues of car besides the problem you take the car in for.money is top priority not satisfaction.
