The worst place ever they will never get your order ready.
The waitresses are the worst full of attitude the nastiest people that you can ever meet in a restaurant.
Order my food at 3: 53pm and was told 30min came back at 4: 45pm still was not ready ask the bartender about my order she start throwing bad words on the phone to someone in the back saying this is not her @#! # job she just helping them out ask for refund still waiting until 5: 01 then I guess a manager came out look at my ticket told me to give him 5 minutes he will have it ready and he did in that 5 minutes but I was already frustrated waiting over a hour and to find out my order didn't make it to the back he apologized and I decided to take the food instead of the refund food was good but service stink
Thirty dollars for two "house special" fried rice orders and the food was garbage! No chicken on top and rice poorly mixed. One order is not enough for 2 people. First and last time ordering from here! Order placed June 25th around noon.
If I can give them 0 stars I would. I am a long time customer for years always buying food from here. Over the last few months service has gotten horrible and the staff is very rude and disrespectful. I ordered a large order once and it took over 2 hours for it to be ready and one of the staff members kept giving me a run around about how long the order will take to finish. On another occasion I ordered a food and they mixed up one of my fry rice and then had the audacity to ask back for it during COVID. This is the last straw I will not be giving this location my business anymore. And lastly please take lamb black pudding off your menu you never have when anyone calls to order so just take it off your menu no need to advertise you have something you never actually have.
Seems like the portions are getting smaller for the same price. Lo mein is bland. The other location is better.
Used to be good but like most businesses they forget what they did to make them a great restaurant. The service staff is a reflection of ownership, poor. They have messed up food orders and then taken back the food that was given to a customer and who knows what they did with it and during this COVID time period, that’s where they lost me for good!
Apparently they don't cater for visitors anymore. But the way they spoke to a potential customer was completely ridiculous. They asked for ID. We produced our ID (obviously from our country) and it's "not valid" for them because of no proof of address. The waitress was very rude and loud. She couldn't answer a simple question. The "owner" later allowed us to stay but we left.
No services to visitors/travellers. They now require a proof of address before you are allowed to use their services.
This place is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cooking they offer is so tasty. I never decline to have a decent meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.
The chicken was really dry and the service was horrible the girl at the front had an attitude, if you’re not happy with your job leave it for someone who’s willing and nicer
Some of the staff are nice and the others are just rude. I hate ordering from this place they could never take a proper message. It’s always the customers fault, for some reason they don’t apologize for their mistakes. How can you run a business with such staff?
Ordered food and it took about one and a half hour to get to my house and the guy couldn’t wait 3 minutes for me to get to my door, very poor service and receptionist have an attitude
Good food but the attitude there is a little salty. I'll still give it a five star because I don't hate on me culture. Bana skunt.
The staff don't know how to speak to customer over the phone and 90% of the time they have an attitude they always on there cellular phone there food is okay but the staff and the management give the business a bad reputation
Their regular chicken fried rice is the worst. I ordered a tray and it had no taste. Very horrible and I’m so disappointed. Never ordering again from them. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

My boyfriend and I favorite restaurant to visit in the neighborhood. Drinks on point and food amazing.

Rude staff, they act like they don't want your business. Stingy with condiments. Portion size is good, however, food lacks taste. Order ahead of time. Will not return.
