Hibiscus, Queens NY

Visit this restaurant frequently to pick up food and from this you can tell the food is good and I give them 5 stars, my concern is privacy, on Mother’s Day and practical every weekend I’m their picking up food and Feels embarrassed to be practical at table with the people dining.is this Caribbean/Guyanese thing where we’re all about the money and I’m sure some privacy retractable wall or some form of privacy enclosure can be put in place, so get out of that gutter mentality.thanks

Most of the time the food is great but i have ordered and went to pick it up.when i came home the good looks disgusting.oil filled as it i was left overs that was warmed up and served. Some of the staffs are nice and some are just rude.

Food could be alot more fresh but taste good.employees could be more friendly-does not feel inviting-however I would go back.

Got a love / hate relationship with this hibiscus lol the food tastes great, especially on the weekend when they're busy - but the customer service is sub par - the gyals in there act as if they are doing you a favor by letting them take your order smh - i am pretty sure i would get better service in a lil guyana roti shop run by a 4 year old child than over here

This place has the best western food I have ever ate before. My family usually orders food here now.

This place has the worst customer service! I order my food like I do from 95% of Caribbean restaurants and pay the same amount $12 for a tray of food in a metal container that is enough for about 3 people. This places gives you food in a dish for 1 person! The portio size is beyond ridiculous for the money! Better off driving to liberty for a Kaiteur

Those girls who takes order over the phone especially “the heavy set short girl” needs some home training, they’re clearly in the wrong business. As a regular customer am very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. We ordered Chow Mein in über eats and we were sent rice. So we called the restaurant to ask for the correct order and we were told that it was their (Hibiscus) fault but there was nothing that they can do about it. The phone rep told us that we can come get the right order and we told her that we cannot cause we don’t have access to a vehicle. She then told us she cannot credit the account or issue a refund and asked us if we would eat the food. Having no other option we were stuck with an order that we did not pay for. Such a shame that they made a mistake and wouldn’t even try to fix it. Poor customer service.
