Friendly people.nice place but check into the meal packages. Make sure to include one when you book your room.

Excellent service and a lovely indoor pool and fitness center. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Located near Empire State Plaza with easy access to highways and the rest of Albany. We stayed here and saved money on our trip around the Hudson Valley and through the Catskills.

Everything was clean and nice. They allowed me to check in early. Also, the breakfast buffet was done very nicely.

It was attending an event. The hotel was clean. The parking garage was nice but charges a ton! Also, the attendant wasn't at his station. We waited and waited. When he finally showed he was high as a kite, clueless, & rude. Told the front desk and they couldn't have cared less. Very unprofessional.

Terrific hotel in downtown Albany. My room had a beautiful view of the State Building. Was in walking distance to many sites.

The ballroom was nice enough and was able to fit everyone who attended but there was no air conditioning on which made for a very hot experience.

No HDMI hookups on TV's, wifi isn't good enough to check Facebook on an $1300 gaming PC with an I7-770. Rooms are outdated, my fridge didn't even get a bottle of water cold within 48 hours, forgot to give me my waters, ac was on 65 and the room never got under 75, bar is over priced, literally the only good thing they have is a parking garage. Will not be staying here again. This is the third time I've stayed for work and each time is more disappointing than the last. It's truly pathetic.

This hotel has gone down in the past few years. No hot water in our room huge red stain on our carpeting. The door to our room didn't close properly unless we pushed closed. Not what we expected from a Hilton.

Nice clean suite. However service was ok. No help from staff with the luggages. And waitress took my 10 dollar bill when I asked for change. Oh well. Besides that, my stay was average.

Beautiful hotel. I had a great view of the capital and a really pretty church. The staff was also wonderful.

Worst hotel stay at a Hilton. If anyone's wants to learn how to poorly manage a hotel this Hilton would be the best place to learn that.

Hello from our room, where I can’t sleep because our neighbors have loud music on and security never came up. I had to call the front desk 4 times before someone finally answered, they said they would send security. It’s been 30 minutes, no one has been up. It seems that the doors are the issue, both from the hallway and the connecting room. They are paper thin.

Worst hotel experience ever. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but ended up on floors 8 & 14. Long waits for elevators. Arrived to a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. 30 minute wait for table for breakfast bc none of them were clean. Then there was no food. One guy making omlettes with one pan. Ridiculous. Wouldn't stay there again if u paid me.

Room 700 was clean. Breakfast in the morning was above average. The beds were super comfortable as well. Great nights sleep

Pretty good the breakfast is way too expensive I would skip that it's not that good for the price of $20

Had quick drinks with travelling companions. Servvice was fine. Left more than recommended gratuity.

Damaged doors and walls, room service is horribly overpriced and riddled with hidden fees, and impossible to reach anyone after 5pm. One star for clean sheets and running water. Toilet seems to flush for now.
