Clothing Store H&M reviews
31Waited in line for 30 min to try on a pair of denim shorts. They’re still only operating every second change room. Why? Everyone is still wearing masks in here and 70% of your customers are vaccinated. Apparently to keep us “safe” and the sign says they sanitize after each person. Definitely not. The floor was covered in dust. Seems like they just trying to not pay for more staff.
Fitting room on bottom floor was closed. Fitting room on top had a really long line, wasn't moving, didn't bother waiting.
Always crazy long lines, very few employees working registers. Limited men’s dress clothes options.
This season's selections were great. I was able to find everything in one please. It was a little frustrating that the dressing rooms were closed, but I guess that's Covid related.
I went there earlier today and they have a lot of cute clothes there.the store is very organized and the staff there are really kind and helpful, the prices are reasonable and the store is big so i 100% recommend you going there
Not my favorite location but it's ok. Large enough with a decent selection but its lacking something.
My favorite on to go to in NYC the staff is friendly and got in and out very fast I appreciate you guys service. I will definitely be returning to get that new NYC hoodie
Good deals on clothing. Sign up online for discounts. Sometimes very crowded but not today. I like that they recycle used clothes.
As is characteristic of fast fashion, the collection is cheap and plentiful but this store is quite small. Underwears are sometimes on sale for $2 each, or a 5 pack for $20 both of which were excellent deals. A formal-ish shoe can be bought for $35 and occasionally $25, which is ridiculously reasonable. They have amazing sweaters, which typically shrink in the wash but look really good. The staff is really friendly. Make sure you check the app for coupons, they sometimes have ones you can use in store. I got 25% off a sweatshirt which was sweet.
Associates were not available for service. I was shopping an area and a employee did not say excuse me and brushed pass me. At the register, I asked the cashier how I sign up with the loyalty membership. She told me to scan it with my camera and continued her conversation with other closing staff. I did not understand what she was referring to. As an HR manager at Macy's Herald Square, I felt pushed aside and had a horrible customer experience. I will be returning the item I purchased because I don't believe in spending in an establishment that is bothered with my shopping. I will never shop downtown Brooklyn location again.
The store looks like a disaster hit it. Clothes all over the floor and strewn everywhere, multiple hung items with noticeable damage. To add insult to injury, the line is about 30 people long and they only have a single cashier working it. Cheap clothes aren’t worth it here.
Nice store but too expensive for mediocre clothing but I got a nice bikini for $8 and some accessories.
It wasn't what I expected, since I went back into Manhattan and I felt it had more clothes. But still the clothes I bought there are very nice, the service was good as well. Once I finished shopping there I went next door old Navy and there I found a lot more. So it was a bitter Sweet experience. But Sweet on the end.
Cool space, occasional good sale. Never realized they carried up to size 16.
One drawback, ALL the pants are for flat behind, narrow thigh, narrow waisted women. Too bad.
Typical H&M store: big, but not huge and well assorted for men/women/children; reference prices for men's clothes on May 2018: 8$ per boxers (if you buy 2, the 3rd is for free), 4$ per pair of socks (if you buy 2, the 3rd is for free), 13$ per belt and 25$ per jeans. Kind shop assistants:)
H&M is the place to go if you have a unique style or if you want to be with the trend. They have everything from clothing to jewelry, makeup and even shoes at an affordable price. To sum it up I highly recommend.
Great staff great atmosphere great services not as much variety as wanted but I believe it that's due to the location and the demand for what's available
It's h and m. What can be said about this messy, noisy, uncomfortable, disorganized store? It's good and stylish garb at amazing prices. It's the shopping experience that is the main drawback.
I shopped at the H&M on Fulton street in Brooklyn on a weekday afternoon. It was organized, helpful staff and quiet.i missed the lunch hour. I wish they had a home goods department at this location.
The place was pretty organized and clean, but I got just one question: Why the nice jeans only come in the skinny fit.
